He truly went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. He spent three days helping me figure out exactly what I wanted, and not once did he make me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was taking up too much of his time. Financing wasn't the issue--I simply had no idea what I wanted! I looked at different vehicles, changed my mind, and asked plenty of questions, and Wade was patient with me through all of it. What really says a lot about Wade is that he even spent his entire day off talking with me and helping me figure out what vehicle I wanted. He certainly didn't have to do that. That was his personal time, but he was still there answering my questions, going over different vehicles with me, and helping me make the right decision. When I went to pick it up, Wade had it completely detailed and ready for me. Of course, it was brand new, so I'm sure it didn't need much, but that extra attention meant a lot. It was spotless, beautiful, and ready for me to drive home. What impressed me most about Wade was that I never felt like I was dealing with someone who was simply trying to sell me a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted--even when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted myself! I was skeptical but agreed thinking it would be a relatively quick and reasonably priced repair. I was wrong about both. 2.5 months and several repair shops later I was able to get the problem resolved and they sent a check to cover the repairs via overnight service. When I first brought my car in for an oil leak, I was told it was only the oil pan gasket. So I had…read morethat replaced, but the leak continued and even got a little worse. I brought it back in, and at that point I was given a long list of additional items that needed to be replaced. I ended up paying $2,020.46 for the engine oil pan gasket, passenger-side valve cover gasket, and driver-side valve cover. Even after all that work, the car still leaked, and I was then told I also needed to replace the rear main seal ($941.52) and cam plug seal ($396.27). On top of that, there was an oil stain left on my seat. I had to bring the car back again to have it shampooed, and afterward my vehicle had an "old gym sock" smell that lingered. Unfortunately not a great experience. I would NOT recommend this place.
