    Purchased a car from Raymond Cassaday , the manager in Bloomington, when he was still at the Ventura office. My entire experience with him, and the team, was amazing until I drove the car off the lot. Then everything he said to me about the car, from the oil changes to the shaking that was "normal", was a lie. Six months to the date of purchase and I'm without a car for 5 days while the internal clutch is repaired, paying deductibles to the warranties he sold me that had no deductibles, and paying for a rental that wasn't fully covered on the warranty. I regret being so gullible to someone I thought was doing good by me. I sent an email to him explaining all of this only to find he was no longer at the Ventura office so why should he care. Please be smarter than I was while working with him.

    I would like to thank my salesman Zach Crandall for the great service! Although Covid 19 is making a lot of places complicated, he assisted me the best he could! Zach also made my car purchase a very interesting experience but non the less he was nothing short of AMAZING!! Thanks for the customer service and great car! Shout out to Victor as well for setting me up with my salesman!

    Don't go here for a car! I had two jeeps sold out from under me I even spoke with the Branch Manger and he was going to call me back on Monday....it's been a month and never received a call back. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to look for a Jeep because I had seen one online in Pasadena but it had been sold. I had spoken with a salesman named Jesse but when I went in to the branch I was assisted by James (the salesman) he took us into his office and said they had a couple of jeeps that were in the process of certification and that he could put in a request for one. We said great and he told us he would call us next week to complete the paperwork. Didn't hear back from him so I reached out to Him at first he said it didn't pass inspection but then told us we had to complete an application- he failed to get our information in the first day or reach out to us in any way after. I said we could go down and complete it that day so we go to the branch and all he did was ask me my social security number? I thought ok well that was a waste of time he could have gotten that over the phone, well come to find out the first Jeep had been sold a week prior right after we first came in to the branch and the Monday that we went down there to complete an "application" the 2nd Jeep was sold as well! I didn't know that at the time we went down there so a week goes buy.....I call asking about my Jeep and there was no Jeep! Spoke with James Boss another guy named James and he was rude -kept cutting me off and saying there was nothing he could do so I asked to speak with his boss I can't remember his name but he was supposed to be the branch manager he gave the I'm so sorry spiel said he would get in touch with the fleet manager and see if he could get me another Jeep....he would call me on Monday. I specifically asked him what time he said he didn't know but as soon as the guy got back to him he would call me....still waiting on that call a month later. The kicker is I go online to enterprise today to look and see if other branches have jeeps and guess what a Jeep is in certification for the Bloomington branch!!

    Friday 3-10-2017 Was a Beautiful Day! My Insurance Company AAA has buying service for members online. I picked out 3 different Cars that were located at different places. Well..Before I could get off the Computer I receive Phone Call from Isai Pulido doing the perfect Customer Service Job. Because he responded so greatly My Daughter and I went there First! Well...he was the Same in Person! We were going to keep other appointments to see all different Cars But....OMG Mr. Rodney Brewer saw us leaving and said let's Try To Get You What You Need Here! He was so Professional and Informative. Needless to Say we have a Beautiful New Car! Praise God! This is The ONLY PLACE To Shop For Cars!!!!! Thank You Isai and Mr Rodney!!! They get all thumbs up !!!!!

    Buyer Beware! After being recommended by my sister, my niece and I purchased a vehicle and have had the hardest time trying to get the few issues that the truck has, fixed. The salesgirl was great. The finance guy, James, was pushy. The deal was made after contacting customer service. Asian, the manager, actually came to pick us up to sign for the sale BUT when we had an issue with the 2016 Dodge Journey, all of a sudden, crickets. No one was available. Long story long, car purchased Sept 28, finally got the Jouney working right on Oct 20th after paying for the transmission repair ourselves.The carfax we kept asking for were not given for the Jouney for over a week, even though we kept asking. My sister purchase her 2016 Dodge Caravan from the Enterprise in Riverside .ca with almost no trouble. Avoid BLOOMINGTON! Head on out to Riverside. It's a little smaller but the guys there are nice, friendly and very helpful. Call ahead and they will bring the cars to their location for you to test, gladly. I called the owner Jesus on 3 occasions and had 2 semi progressive conversations which were endless at the end of the day. So I reach out to the DMV w the VIN number to find that the vehicle has not been registered nor do they have received any paperwork of sale of the vehicle. which means they have sat on the purchase and paperwork.     WARNING: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I…read morepurchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership, and within one week, the car already needed repairs. All mechanical work is done in-house, and it was hands down the worst repair experience I've ever had. They assured us the car was in good condition and that the engine had no issues - that was not true. This dealership makes the car run just well enough to get past the warranty period, and once something goes wrong, they refuse to help. This place is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. First round of issues (within the first week): The tire pressure sensor light was on The brakes were pulsating and needed new pads and rotors The trunk's closing cushion was loose, causing water to leak inside when it rained (this was never fixed) The right-side seat was coming loose (this was never fixed) We got the car back very quickly, which should have been a red flag. Second issue: About a week later, I drove the car roughly 30 minutes from my home when it began shaking violently both uphill and downhill. It shook so badly that I was genuinely scared to drive it. I barely made it home safely and had to return the car for repairs again. Once again, all repairs were done in-house at their dealership. We didn't get the car back for 1-2 weeks. Third and most serious issue: About a month later - after the one-month warranty expired - the car started shutting off completely whenever I made left or right turns. This happened six times total, including three times in traffic. It was terrifying and extremely unsafe. The car wouldn't restart right away, and when it did, it often took multiple attempts. We contacted the dealership, and they refused to help. While trying to diagnose the issue ourselves, my boyfriend discovered: The throttle body and air intake were extremely dirty After further inspection, we found there was NO OIL IN THE CAR This is especially alarming because we were explicitly told the oil had been changed and the vehicle was "up to code" before purchase. We were unknowingly driving a car with no oil, and no warning lights ever came on. They sold us a defective vehicle and still refused to take responsibility. We lost a significant amount of money on this purchase. This dealership preys on people who need a reliable car and cannot afford to be taken advantage of. Please save yourself the stress, fear, and financial loss - do NOT buy a car from here.
