Absolutely unprofessional. I made an appointment with Eduardo for a specific car. I spoke with the dealer on a Friday and scheduled the appointment for Monday. I drove over 30 minutes and the guy knew where I was coming from. I get there and he tells me the couple sitting in the other room just came in that day and bought the car I made the appointment to buy. Telling me it's first come first serve and that he can order me another car and I can wait for it to come in. I walked out without a word. Why are they scheduling appointments on a promise for a specific car if they are just going to sell it to someone else. When I called for the address 45 minutes prior to the appointment I should have been told the car was sold. Instead you wasted my time and I had to drive all the way there because they thought I would still buy a car from them. They lost 2 sales because my mom was going to get a car through them as well. we are both going somewhere else. read more

Purchased a car from Raymond Cassaday , the manager in Bloomington, when he was still at the Ventura office. My entire experience with him, and the team, was amazing until I drove the car off the lot. Then everything he said to me about the car, from the oil changes to the shaking that was "normal", was a lie. Six months to the date of purchase and I'm without a car for 5 days while the internal clutch is repaired, paying deductibles to the warranties he sold me that had no deductibles, and paying for a rental that wasn't fully covered on the warranty. I regret being so gullible to someone I thought was doing good by me. I sent an email to him explaining all of this only to find he was no longer at the Ventura office so why should he care. I have purchased 2 cars from Enterpise. Both purchase experiances were wonderful. My last purchase was from this location at the end of this past July (2024). I've had the car for about 2 months when I started to hear a grinding noise from the brakes and had my brake warning light come on. I took the car to a mechanic only to find out that someone had overtightened the bolt on the brake line, effectively causing the line to leak. I called Enterprise to see if there was anyway they could help me. I was told that because I didn't purchase the service agreement there was nothing they could do. Problem is.....this isn't a service iissue. I bought the car with this issue unknowingly. Since the issue was there BEFORE I bought the car it makes me wonder about the safety of their fleet cars. Honestly, I am not even sure if I want to rent cars from them anymore. If this is how they sold my car......how many other cars are out there with similar issues????? read more

Don't go here for a car! I had two jeeps sold out from under me I even spoke with the Branch Manger and he was going to call me back on Monday....it's been a month and never received a call back. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to look for a Jeep because I had seen one online in Pasadena but it had been sold. I had spoken with a salesman named Jesse but when I went in to the branch I was assisted by James (the salesman) he took us into his office and said they had a couple of jeeps that were in the process of certification and that he could put in a request for one. We said great and he told us he would call us next week to complete the paperwork. Didn't hear back from him so I reached out to Him at first he said it didn't pass inspection but then told us we had to complete an application- he failed to get our information in the first day or reach out to us in any way after. I said we could go down and complete it that day so we go to the branch and all he did was ask me my social security number? I thought ok well that was a waste of time he could have gotten that over the phone, well come to find out the first Jeep had been sold a week prior right after we first came in to the branch and the Monday that we went down there to complete an "application" the 2nd Jeep was sold as well! I didn't know that at the time we went down there so a week goes buy.....I call asking about my Jeep and there was no Jeep! Spoke with James Boss another guy named James and he was rude -kept cutting me off and saying there was nothing he could do so I asked to speak with his boss I can't remember his name but he was supposed to be the branch manager he gave the I'm so sorry spiel said he would get in touch with the fleet manager and see if he could get me another Jeep....he would call me on Monday. I specifically asked him what time he said he didn't know but as soon as the guy got back to him he would call me....still waiting on that call a month later. The finance guy, James, was pushy. The deal was made after contacting customer service. Asian, the manager, actually came to pick us up to sign for the sale BUT when we had an issue with the 2016 Dodge Journey, all of a sudden, crickets. No one was available. Long story long, car purchased Sept 28, finally got the Jouney working right on Oct 20th after paying for the transmission repair ourselves.The carfax we kept asking for were not given for the Jouney for over a week, even though we kept asking. Two weeks ago I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales. It seemed that all of there cars were 2014 and 2015 models. There were many models. They all appeared new. The mileage averaged 35,000. Some still had a manufacturer's warranty. They all had a one year Enterprise warranty. I found the prices to be about $5,000 below a dealership. There is no negotiating. The only sales tool available to the sales representative is helping you find the right car for you and being very nice. My Account Executive was Aaron Chamberlain. He helped me find the right car and was VERY nice. I still owe him a photo of the car, my service dog, and me. When I need another car I will return. Normally, I'd rather have a tooth pulled in comparison to bring a car. This time it was a pleasant quick experience. read more

They allow personal use of vehicles for employees, basically joyriding. Stay away. I tried to get photos of a vehicle I was going purchase and had already been financed for but the vehicle was unavailable for photos because an employee took it home. Poor business practice and purely false advertising as they list odometer readings that are incorrect due personal use by employees. They say they certify vehicles with an ase mechanic but how is that valid if employees just take whichever vehicles they want and joyride without recertification? read more

Let me start by saying that although I am quite pleased with my little Malibu, I am a little miffed at the service provided at this location. Or rather, the follow up with existing customers. I bought my car in December. i wasn't sure if would be able to secure financing, but I was able to do so through my credit union. Initially, it was through Cap One, but the interest was sickeningly high. The credit union was also able to waive my down payment. Apparently no one communicates at this Enterprise, because of their reps "J" made sure to 'remind' me when I contacted them for follow up service on my brakes. I made sure to 'remind' him to check my file completely, and he apologized for the error. Funny enough, when I signed the official paperwork switching from Cap One to my credit union, "S" helped me "sign here, initial there" since my first salesman "M" wasn't available. When I inquired as to whether or not I had to fax certain things over (like my new GAP insurance policy, for example), he quickly said, "No, I do these things all the time, I can handle it." in the smarmiest fashion. WOMP on me--"S" totally forgot. Another thing, if you're going to sell a car ready to roll off the lot, MAKE SURE IT'S READY TO ROLLED OFF THE LOT. Like front brakes that aren't at %20, inflated tires, a new battery (my car still had the original, and it's a 2009 model. Oh yeah, and it died on me at work after having it for a couple weeks, so I had to get a tow truck to jump me at 9 pm at a Walmart parking lot), a gear shaft that is tightened so your key doesn't stick in the ignition, and lastly, a license plate. I just received mine the last week of March AFTER CALLING IN TO SEE WHERE IT WAS! Of course, there was no follow up by Enterprise, but in their defense, "W" tried hard to help me out sincerely. I appreciate that. All in all, Enterprise made it easy to buy a car, but once they're paid, forget about the follow up. And if something goes wrong, make sure you follow it through too! read more
