My daughter bought a vehicle with this broker and after 6 weeks the engine failed. I was told by the mechanic that no oil change was done even though he claimed it was checked by his mechanic. Then come to find out the engine had a recall. When we reached out to try and get help with the engine replacement he did not help. I let him know that this college student paid him $8000 dollars cash for this vehicle. To make matters worse my mother had passed away while trying to get assistance from Bill. Walker Wholesale owner Bill is awesome. I had been looking for a Honda CRV for months. We drove 40 miles to see the car. It's in absolutely great condition with a few cosmetic problems. He fixed a the items at my request. I am very happy with my purchase. He's friendly and more than fair, however, the women that filled out the purchase agreement totally messed up the purchase order which caused a weekend of stress that was completely avoidable. We made a down payment, got a cashiers check and financed the rest. She didn't record any of that initially, only the total price of the car. The finance company didn't understand and needed it corrected. She did correct it, but she should have put ALL the details on the agreement to begin with. I'll definitely do deals with them again and hopefully the women will get much better training! Other than the paper work person, this is 100 percent a happy customer. read more

Do NOT buy a car from this company! They told us nothing was wrong with it but the very next day the check engine light came on! They turned it off for when we came to look at it it wouldn't be on. This is a small time dealer advertising cars in the FSBO section of Craigslist. He will not disclose he is a dealer when you speak on the phone so be prepared to pony up those extra tax dollars if you buy! Cars are photographed in a flattering manner so as not to show any damage and listed "in good condition". You are also TOLD "The car is in good condition" and encouraged to take it to your mechanic or a dealership to verify this! Bill even managed to work the word "Christian " into our phone conversation which was a nice touch since he knew we were driving 9 hours round trip to get this particular car for our daughter. You are expected to believe they are unaware of EXCESSIVE, UNDISCLOSED denting to the roof (above eye level) and tolerate other misc scrapes, dents and wear as "Normal wear and tear, which is why the car is priced this way." My husband is tall,thankfully, and saw the roof dents immediately. This ended up being a fun date even though we left without buying a car. We laughed about the fact that my husband was offered the CarFax after seeing the dents. I said, "Why, would that take away the dents?" LOL This seller is NOT recommended. I was taken over to Spreen Honda and their mechanics checked it all over, with one issue (cabin filter) which they replaced. The air conditioning went out on the first day (not a problem) THEY REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR and it works great. Bought a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe on 1/4/2016 for my daughter and 1 1/2 year old granddaughter. Advertised as NO ISSUES and NOT JUNK ( I still have original ad). Bill recommended we drive on La Cadena city streets. We purchase and a few days later contacted them that the transmission was slipping. They told me I would have to buy a Transmission and they will put in. I told them that this was sold as NO ISSUES and NOT JUNK then he tells me he sold as is. Now the car is smoking out of the tail pipe which is harmful or deadly to my granddaughter. My mechanic says this car should have never passed smog test that the dealer did, and that the car has bad internal valve seals. My mechanic mentioned that they most likely used a liquid valve sealer in the engine to sell the car. I Notified Bureau of Automotive repair via email and will now put my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Bill acted so compassionate about selling a good car because of my granddaughter. Please please do not buy from walker wholesale! It is all fraud. I bought a car from them in November of 2016. He only let me test drive it a couple blocks down and rushed me back to the office. He repeatedly stated the car had no problems or issues. However the same day I bought the car on my way home I noticed the car drove abnormal. That same second I went directly to a mechanic to get it checked. He in fact stated the transmission needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I saved every penny for this car to go back to school and begin my new job. I was not ble to begin the semester since I was left without a form of transportation from walker wholesale. It is all a fraud. Three different mechanic shops all said it was the transmission and said the car had cheap replacements just enough to make the car seem good for sale. It failed from day one. He and his staff were so rude when I went back the next day to resolve the issue. They are very unprofessional. I strongly recommend you Do Not Buy From Walker Wholesale!!!!!
