Shai and his team are just one tweak away from finishing our beautiful bathroom shower! From start…read moreto finish I found Shai helpful, honest and easy to talk to. We are so happy with our gorgeous shower. He explained what was possible, what was impossible and what was maybe possible! Even when we chose hinges that happened to be the most expensive hinges in the hardware catalogue he explained that each component has a budget and those hinges were way over the shower door budget, but he wanted us to have them if we really loved them, so he would split the cost with us. They WERE pretty spiffy hinges (if you can believe that hinges can be that fancy) but when he told us we had picked out $750 hinges we said, oh no forget it! That's crazy. But he said, well before you say no way, i want you have what you like, so he offered to split it. We would not have added on $750, but for $375, we decided to go for the crazy hinges! We had a pipe in our condo building that needed repair which really took time to get approved for them to continue our project. Shai spoke with the building manager, several times, made them 2 proposals to fix the pipes, and very quickly (once the Board finally approved) fixed it in half a day. At every stage of demo and construction, Shai made sure we were happy and on track! And the price he quoted us on day one, was the price we paid. We needed more grout, more tile, and a few extra visits to change the recessed box and he never said yes but it will cost extra, he delivered what he promised on day 1, which was us, as happy satisfied clients.

He was always there to help, even when we had a question late at night outside of business hours or on the weekend. He was on site many times making sure everything was done properly. He is such a genuine nice person and it feels like we have known him for years. All of his team were professional and hard working too. He transformed our old 2000's kitchen into a modern luxurious space that is so warm and inviting. He managed to get our front and back yard irrigation hooked up again in just one day! I addition to that, several weeks later, a new faucet installed by the old plumber started to leak. Jorge came out right away and fixed it for us, even going out to exchange parts late into the night, just so we'd have a kitchen sink that wasn't shooting water at us. I am so thankful that we met Jorge and that his company does such a great job. He is an honest and hard-working man who comes through for his customers. I had begun losing faith in contractors after a few bad experiences lately, but I'd gladly hire Jorge again when we need a job done well, be it kitchen, bath, or plumbing. More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

Every day when they finished work, they made sure everything was cleaned up and their tools were organized in one designated spot instead of being left scattered around the property. Not once did they leave the place a mess, which was very impressive considering how long the project lasted. The project took about eight months to complete. Like with any construction project of that size, we had a few misunderstandings along the way, but Eddie was always easy to get a hold of. He was very communicative and always took the time to answer questions and explain things when needed. Something else that I liked was that whenever Eddie had to step away from the project, he would leave one of his sons in charge on site.
