My massage therapist was Tori. During the session, I noticed she kept removing one hand and then immediately using it again. While I was lying face down, I couldn't see what she was doing. Once I turned over, I looked up and saw her repeatedly rubbing or wiping her nose with that same hand before continuing the massage without sanitizing it. I found this extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. I've had many massages over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It has honestly made me afraid to ever book another massage because I can't stop thinking about the lack of basic hygiene I witnessed.
