I asked for my money back for the 2nd stylist cleaning up her mess enough to walk around in public. And I asked for her to pay to have extensions put in by 2nd stylist (the one that i already paid to try to fix Hayley's butchering). I received a voicemail from the shop owner, Jennifer saying that "You got what you asked for" and that because I left this Yelp review I am "bullying Hayley and you owe her an apology". Are you kidding me???? So, I gave Hayley the opportunity to make it right. She not only refused but she had her boss contact me calling me a bully and telling me to apologize to her. I have spent many days crying over this....I am devastated...my hair is a mess, and now I am being attacked. She is leaving me no choice, I will have to file a complaint with the state board of cosmetology on both Hayley and Jennifer and look into trying to recoup my losses through small claims unless by some miracle she desides to do the right thing.
