I found that out after my appointment; they have a sign with a QR code. I called on Saturday evening, and the manager, Sally, promptly answered my questions via text within 5 minutes. She helped me schedule an appointment for Sunday at 10:30 AM. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease when I arrived. I met with Wendy for my appointment, and she did a great job. However, I was told she splits her time between two locations, so I need to call to schedule my next visit. I'm considering returning but want to explore other options first. Also, if you want to avoid their credit card fees, bring cash or use Zelle. I was not aware of this until checkout. I was going back and forth between 4-5 stars, but due to Wendy doing a good job and me feeling so relaxed, I went with 5 stars. read more

The massages were good, if a bit heavy handed. The aftermath left the both of us very sore with muscle aches. After paying and tipping, we were told we didn't tip enough. Been coming here since November. Always a friendly greeting, and place is always clean. Was bummed my regular masseuse left. Kathy was suggested as my new masseuse. Kathy started with the usual warm up, then I had her do some back walking. She was able to pop my back seceral times. Them she continued with a deep tissue. On the deeper knots, she got the elbows involved. Hurt so good. She got knot under knot. Got the areas in thighs that cramp, and she finished with an awesome foot massage. Usually, I like this place until yesterday. I made reservation for 2 hours massage. Sally told me that appointment is 1:30 pm. I arrived on time. I requested for specific therapist. Then I got another person cause they said that they were extremely busy. She massaged me about half an hour then another person changed. This person kept in and out of the room for welcoming the client. They doubled too many clients. Today, I hurt more on my back instead of feeling better. I am glad that not buying membership. I am unhappy for the service. Instead of 2 hours, i said 1.5 hours enough. I did not feel like getting good service. Then Sally said that my appointment was 1 pm. I confirmed that she said 130 pm. Anyway, I will not go back. They need the quantity and do not care for the service. I will be ok if they said that they are busy. It is not double booked. When I left, 5 people are waiting. I am a regular and I absolutely Love this Place! Sally Is not only the owner of the Spa but is also a very friendly and professional young Lady that is very thorough with just the right pressure throughout the session. She takes her craft seriously and treats Her customers with care. She can be quiet or carry on a pleasant conversation, whichever you choose. The Spa is quiet and clean and in a nice area of Lexington (in the Strip Shopping Center Besides Saxe Gotha Church and across Sunset Blvd from the Publix). I am now a loyal and faithful customer of this beautiful lady. I can't wait for my next visit ! I always feel Great when I Leave. I would Highly recommend Sally and this Spa to others. I had a wonderful massage. It was very thorough. However, when I called to make an appt I was told $110 for a couples massage. When we checked in I was told $140. At check out I was charged $150. I also had a copy of the 15% off coupon that is on their website (even this minute) but was told they had never seen that and I could not use it. The massage was worth the $150 but I have a problem with 3 price changes from appt to check out and an active coupon on their website that you cannot use( see attachment which I just screenshot from their site). I brought my daughter for Mother's Day so I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable arguing and haggling so I just paid it. Not sure how customers can ensure they are charged the correct price but customers should be prepared if they have my experience. read more

Great experience! The store was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a walk in. I was greeted by Ms. Sally who was very kind. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had many things to do this afternoon, so I opted for a quick neck and shoulder massage. The pricing is very good! Ms. Sally found all the problem spots, and addressed each one. I had a 9:30 appointment for a couples massage today so I could treat my adult daughter to her 1st massage for her birthday. First, they overbooked/forgot our appointment and acted like they were doing me a favor by still taking us. Throughout our hour massage, the therapist walked out 5-6 times to answer the door (a bell rings every time someone comes in the front door). The couples massage is $130 but I was charged extra because my daughter is female. I was told a couple massage is a boy and a girl. I was also charged a fee for paying with my debt card (I understand that some business charge customers when they use credit cards but normally they inform you of the charge, plus I used my debt card, not a credit card). Long story short: I paid $170 for a $130 service in which the massage therapist left me on the table to answer the door/book appointments multiple times. I expressed my concerns during checkout and was told "at least we still took you" because they double-booked. My husband and I have been here multiple times previously but do not intend to ever go back due to this experience. read more

I think this maybe a TUNAI tradition in that Ive been to a few Asian massages but it seems like it may be a common in order to get long strokes. I tried to get comfortable but just couldn't. The massage was very nice. I left feeling relaxed and comforted. The price of the couples massage was well worth it for the time and extra accommodations. However at the end of the massage we were offered a bottle of water and before she would release her grasp on the water bottle she said "do you have a tip for us." This put me off guard considering she said it in such a stern voice. The head of the salons license was posted on the wall as it should be, however the license of the additional employee who provided a massage was never seen. The employees also had a full blown conversation during the entire time of our massage which slightly disturbed the peaceful setting. Overall, I would go again.
