Everyone is very nice and kind at this location and we always get the best massage here and therefore I recommend it to everyone

May gives a wonderful massage!! Especially on a cold winters day - I had her combine Thai walking with deep tissue Swedish. A lovely combo. read more

I discovered this place through Google reviews, which had better ratings than Yelp, likely due to their offer of a $10 discount for future visits through Google. I found that out after my appointment; they have a sign with a QR code. I called on Saturday evening, and the manager, Sally, promptly answered my questions via text within 5 minutes. She helped me schedule an appointment for Sunday at 10:30 AM. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease when I arrived. I met with Wendy for my appointment, and she did a great job. However, I was told she splits her time between two locations, so I need to call to schedule my next visit. I'm considering returning but want to explore other options first. Also, if you want to avoid their credit card fees, bring cash or use Zelle. I was not aware of this until checkout. I was going back and forth between 4-5 stars, but due to Wendy doing a good job and me feeling so relaxed, I went with 5 stars. read more

May did a terrific job getting out the extensive knots on my back. I will return for regular treatments!

I arrived with a lot of stress. I was helped with a walk on my back massage. I am saying. For spa rules. No shoes inside but it doesn't bother me. Best massage. Sally is the best- Jose! Everyone is extremely friendly, I promise you will love the massage!! read more

Alecia is hands down the best masseuse there. I've regretfully scheduled two 2 hour massages because Alecia wasn't available or due to my schedule and each time I always wished I should have waited. The pressure and her routine just flows. read more

Wellness Massage Therapy always provides a relaxing and clean environment with very competent therapists.

I found this place on a Yelp search and made reservations for a couples massage. The ladies were very sweet. Although we were a half hour early, they were able to get us in pretty quickly. The massages were good, if a bit heavy handed. The aftermath left the both of us very sore with muscle aches. After paying and tipping, we were told we didn't tip enough. After everything I've decided we will find another massage spot. read more

We had massages here. The service is good and we were able to relieve some of the stress we have. Recommend to try this place out.

I had the best massage here today. I have thr membership and usually come every 2 weeks. Great place!

I have been here several times and always get the best massage! I have a lot of neck and back pain and it really helps!

My husband and I spontaneously decided to have a date day and get a couples massage, and they were able to fit us in without an appointment within an hour! Our massages were amazing and we already are planning to come back! Definitely less "conservative" (read, they will massage your butt!) but the experience was great and we really enjoyed it! read more

I didn't even want to give this place a star. I will never ever go back! I booked and paid for a service through their website. Only for me to get there and they tell me they can't do part of the service due to their water. Then suggested I use the extra money I paid for a tip and to do the massage with Dr. Teal oil! I'm so disgusted and this was my first time here! read more

Been coming here since November. Always a friendly greeting, and place is always clean. Was bummed my regular masseuse left. Kathy was suggested as my new masseuse. Kathy started with the usual warm up, then I had her do some back walking. She was able to pop my back seceral times. Them she continued with a deep tissue. On the deeper knots, she got the elbows involved. Hurt so good. She got knot under knot. Got the areas in thighs that cramp, and she finished with an awesome foot massage. Although she didn't know my body as well as my precious masseuse, she paid attention to the muscle reaction and was able to get my trouble areas. I will definitely repeat with Kathy. read more

The best massage I've ever had! Jackie was my masseuse--she targeted all of my shoulder knots without me having to say anything about them. She was truly skilled, and left me feeling completely rejuvenated! Probably won't have another migraine for weeks. I highly recommend this place if you're sore and looking for excellent customer service!! read more

Usually, I like this place until yesterday. I made reservation for 2 hours massage. Sally told me that appointment is 1:30 pm. I arrived on time. I requested for specific therapist. Then I got another person cause they said that they were extremely busy. She massaged me about half an hour then another person changed. This person kept in and out of the room for welcoming the client. They doubled too many clients. Today, I hurt more on my back instead of feeling better. I am glad that not buying membership. I am unhappy for the service. Instead of 2 hours, i said 1.5 hours enough. I did not feel like getting good service. Then Sally said that my appointment was 1 pm. I confirmed that she said 130 pm. Anyway, I will not go back. They need the quantity and do not care for the service. I will be ok if they said that they are busy. It is not double booked. When I left, 5 people are waiting. It is not right. read more

I knew that the week of Thanksgiving was going to be a busy and Hectic one, So I booked a 90 Minute massage with Sally of Lexington Wellness Therapy in Lexington. I am a regular and I absolutely Love this Place! Sally Is not only the owner of the Spa but is also a very friendly and professional young Lady that is very thorough with just the right pressure throughout the session. She takes her craft seriously and treats Her customers with care. She can be quiet or carry on a pleasant conversation, whichever you choose. The Spa is quiet and clean and in a nice area of Lexington (in the Strip Shopping Center Besides Saxe Gotha Church and across Sunset Blvd from the Publix). I am now a loyal and faithful customer of this beautiful lady. I can't wait for my next visit ! I always feel Great when I Leave. I would Highly recommend Sally and this Spa to others. They have excellent personnel and a great environment. Everyone there is excellent at what they do and will cater your session to what you need that day. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage experience with people who listen to your needs and who care about helping you feel your best!! I had a wonderful massage. It was very thorough. However, when I called to make an appt I was told $110 for a couples massage. When we checked in I was told $140. At check out I was charged $150. I also had a copy of the 15% off coupon that is on their website (even this minute) but was told they had never seen that and I could not use it. The massage was worth the $150 but I have a problem with 3 price changes from appt to check out and an active coupon on their website that you cannot use( see attachment which I just screenshot from their site). I brought my daughter for Mother's Day so I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable arguing and haggling so I just paid it. Not sure how customers can ensure they are charged the correct price but customers should be prepared if they have my experience. read more

I have been going to Wellness Massage for over a year now! Ms Sally and her team are always professional. Super clean, the best massages I have ever had. I have referred several people who said the same thing! You can not beat their prices or the quality of their massages that include hot stone and hot towel! Ask for the peppermint upgrade if you get migraines or headaches. read more

Great experience! The store was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a walk in. I was greeted by Ms. Sally who was very kind. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had many things to do this afternoon, so I opted for a quick neck and shoulder massage. The pricing is very good! Ms. Sally found all the problem spots, and addressed each one. I felt comfortable asking for my preferred comfort level. Later, I realized that much of my pain had subsided. I will be returning. I can't wait to try all of the many services they offer! I definitely recommend it! read more

I haven't had a massage here where I didn't leave in pain and bruised. No paperwork to fill out like a reputable massage therapy business either. After visiting about 4 times I found out that this business is also listed on the rub and tug website as a place to get happy ending massages. I will never go here again. read more

I went here due to the google reviews. The massage was nice but the drapings were less than conservative which may be a uncomfortable a few times throughout the massage. I think this maybe a TUNAI tradition in that Ive been to a few Asian massages but it seems like it may be a common in order to get long strokes. I tried to get comfortable but just couldn't. But overall it was professional and I would still recommend it! read more

I had a 9:30 appointment for a couples massage today so I could treat my adult daughter to her 1st massage for her birthday. First, they overbooked/forgot our appointment and acted like they were doing me a favor by still taking us. Throughout our hour massage, the therapist walked out 5-6 times to answer the door (a bell rings every time someone comes in the front door). The couples massage is $130 but I was charged extra because my daughter is female. I was told a couple massage is a boy and a girl. I was also charged a fee for paying with my debt card (I understand that some business charge customers when they use credit cards but normally they inform you of the charge, plus I used my debt card, not a credit card). Long story short: I paid $170 for a $130 service in which the massage therapist left me on the table to answer the door/book appointments multiple times. I expressed my concerns during checkout and was told "at least we still took you" because they double-booked. My husband and I have been here multiple times previously but do not intend to ever go back due to this experience. read more

The massage was very nice. I left feeling relaxed and comforted. The price of the couples massage was well worth it for the time and extra accommodations. However at the end of the massage we were offered a bottle of water and before she would release her grasp on the water bottle she said "do you have a tip for us." This put me off guard considering she said it in such a stern voice. The head of the salons license was posted on the wall as it should be, however the license of the additional employee who provided a massage was never seen. The employees also had a full blown conversation during the entire time of our massage which slightly disturbed the peaceful setting. Overall, I would go again. It was an enjoyable experience and good for the many. Just don't expect anything amazing. read more

This was probably the weirdest massage I have ever had. It felt like the lady giving me my massage either got her training in China or none at all. It felt like she was making things up as she was going and did not get any of the knots out. I felt uncomfortable and was not sure what would happen next. Go somewhere else... read more
