After checking out his website and Facebook, I filled out the contact form on his site to inquire about an appointment. Rob contacted me shortly after via email to tell me his availability for cupping and to get a little more info from me as to why I was interested in this type of massage. We confirmed an appointment for Friday!!! I arrived and he took me to the massage room - we discussed again what I was looking to work on (and I noticed he had Gua Sha tools/scrapers too). He explained everything as he went along with each cup and we discussed the Gua Sha massage (which I'm very interested in as well) and he even performed a little on my neck which helped cool me down (I'm naturally hot). I never felt uncomfortable. After the cupping massage was over he did a little stretching on me for my hams, hips and calves. Rob was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable!! Scheduling was a breeze! I'd highly recommend checking this place out for traditional massages, cupping, Gua Sha, stretching etc! I can't wait for my next appointment!

Also, my normal technician was not available. I usually use Kinah and she's fabulous. I've also had pedicures and massages here before, and they were fabulous. However this review is for my manicure. All I wanted was a basic manicure because my cuticles were a mess. This photo was taken an hour after my manicure. I say that because the last step of a manicure is lotion, so I did not notice the poor workmanship when I left the salon. I came back about an hour later when I realized the my nails not done to my liking. On my right hand, only the left side of my nails were taken care of - the right side of the nails look as if nothing was done. They were not able to correct my manicure because they were all booked. There was no manager on duty. Poor customer service. Disappointing manicure. Not cool when you have to fax your nails at home after just having a manicure
