The day of my massage I drive across town to the location and entered, there was no one around. Shortly after entering, a young girl came out of a room and asked the reason for my visit. I told her about my appointment and who it was with and she assured me the person I'm booked with is just "running over" on a current appointment and I can wait for her in the lobby. I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her.
