Both therapists are among the best I've ever experienced - and my bar was set quite high beforehand. However, they set up two different times. When calling the business, their mailbox is full, so I couldn't get in touch with them to clarify. However, I sent many emails that were not responded to. They did reply to a google review. The 2nd massage was never accepted by their website system, so there was never any confirmation. Yet, they still charged my card. I am a bit frustrated as I wish communication was clearer and the website reservation system worked better. I reached out to get a refund processed and will update my review accordingly if/when they process the refund.
