The ladies are pretty strong lol so tell them whether you want it hard, medium, soft. They have a fan in the rooms and they offer you a water or soda after your massage. This is the one you need if you are super tight. Now, don't get excited. It's a different experience, but just go with it. She will be using her feet (she holds onto bars on the ceiling to manage her weight distribution) to help work out those knots. For me, I was so tight my back crunched like I was at a chiropractor. And boy, did I need that. Head to toe including some facial and scalp, and foot message. I left in so much less pain and greater range of motion than I'd had in weeks. Definitely worth the $70/hr (I think 90 minutes is $100) but even that would be worth it.

Everyone is great and always take the time to discuss and issues and encourage you to provide feedback. Too much pressure they will utilize liess, not enough, they will add more. This ME is clean. They have spaces for people to wait. All-in-all I would say my experience has been great. I think ME is priced a little high, but they do oversee a number of therapists as a franchise.
