I have consistently gotten the newest nail person like I am a test. My group always tips well and is extremely polite to everyone and smile and laugh during our time. They have watered down polish it seems for certain colors instead of buying more or saying they do not have it. Please just say you are out when I initially pick out that color. I had previously had on black polish and when they finished after 2 hours, you could see the black trim around my new color. My friend mentioned it to them twice to fix it. When you go somewhere a good bit you should not always get the new guy in training. It took so long one time everyone on the salon had turned over twice. I about had a panic attack to get out.. Go IF you have time to go through all the colors and pick out two or three extra just in case, do not plan on relaxing too much. Bring a picture of what shape you would like your nails. I think maybe they are so busy that each person is not a priority if you come back or not. Idk I think I have gone to POSH for the last time this week. Also now they placed all their extra stuff in trash bags above the ceiling where you can see it. Big bags, full over the doorway to the hallway to the bathroom. I lived in bigger cities that did not charge nearly as much and I walked out quicker and happier. My nails do look nice except it is not to the cuticle so it will look grown out quicker. Enjoy! I asked for my nails to be rounded in shape but there was no shaping done to my nail. My nails weren't fully cured between layers and there were small holes in them that if you touched them, the gel polish would leak out. Ever nail you could move the polish around under the top coat. I ended up having to go home and take the polish off because it was pretty bad. I have never been so disappointed leaving the nail salon before. Her prices are reasonable and I was in and out in no time at all. She definitely has talent and I highly recommend her. Additionally she only takes one appointment at a time which I really liked because it was quiet and she was able to focus on me with no distractions. Nothing is more annoying than sitting in a crowded noisy salon waiting for someone to pay attention to you. That doesn't happen here. I honestly am so happy I found this place.
