She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. Then Jolie starting screaming at the young lady behind the register "just give it to her, just give it to her, give her cash!! And the young lady said I can't. 5/23/26 - Today will be my last time there. I had scheduled a 2hr massage, 15 min shower bed and 15…read moremin body scrub. My appointment time was set for 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and was checked in. I never got to my room till 12:45 then waited for another 10 min till my actual message started. My time of finish should have been 3:00. They said I was done at 2:45. My shower and body scrub was maybe 15 minutes total and felt rushed. With my late start and the amount times they left room and I waited, My done time should have been closer to 3:30. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have read its something that seems to happen a lot. Also, when your done they expect a tip. A lady that finished up while I was waiting got the massage as a gift and they insissted on a tip from her. Tips are not required and this was one issue I had in my first visit. 2/28/26 - Been going for a few times now and this last time I was not happy with the service. First, I chose Therapist #2 from their drop down menu seeing they don't list the names which they really need too, but now I know who they are. I had already tried them all but #2 so I chose her. However, when I got there I got #1, the one I usually have, who really is a nice lady and I like her, but I was set on trying someone new. So that was the first disappointment. The next was during my entire massage 2 things kept happening which prevented me from really relaxing and getting into the massage. One, the therapist's phone just kept buzzing in her pants like every 5 minutes and it was pretty noticeable. Second, it seemed that my therapist was also the desk clerk, so every time someone came in, she had to go out front so again it was kind of hard to relax when she was stopping to tend to someone else. My opinion, If she needed to take care of the front, then she should not have been doing any massages. So another issue I had was, I always do a 2 hour massage. This time, seeing I got a discount for being a member, I decided to try a table shower that is supposed to be 15 minutes long. So, my entire time there should have been 2 hours and 15 minutes. I got less than 2 hours if you count the time that she was stopping to tend to the front office. So as far as I am concerned, I did not get my money's worth. This is strike number 2, not sure I am going back. I noticed another massage parlor down the street from here I may try now. It's too bad seeing I liked this location and the ladies and girls are really nice and they do, do a good job. The table shower was amazing as well. ****************************************************************** 7/13/25 - I decided to give this place another try. And I am changing my review from a 3 star to a 5 star. This last visit has very much improved since my first visit. Anna was amazing. She listened to my concerns and request and fulfilled them completely. I can not wait till my next visit with her. 5/25 So I just recently had a massage at the Irmo location. I was going to give a 4 or 5 star rating during my massage, but they had some technical issues with the speaker in the room kept loosing connection with blue tooth and kept trying to fix that, taking time from my massage. I finally had to say I was good with no music. The therapist was really good with the massage and I had planned on still giving at least a 4 star rating until It was time to give a tip. First, I had 2 hour Swedish massage which was $140 with tax, so 20% of that is about $30. On their website it states "Tips can be paid via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or Credit Card. If the service you received meets your expectations, please consider tipping 15% to 30%". So I went to pay for the tip with my Credit Card and was doing $25 on the $140. They then brought my attention to a sign that they have on the counter that basses' tips per hour. So basically, they wanted me to double my tip. Well, when I tip in restaurants its based of the price of the meal. Then they kept telling me in cash was better because of the CC fee which I had no issue with and told them that. But the fact they seemed to try to get me to tip by the hour and talking about paying that in cash (which I never carry) just put a sour taste in my mouth. Which is a shame because I really did like this place and really enjoyed my massage. Now, I think they need to post that sign on their website, so people know in advance what they are expecting in tips and that they rather get their tips in cash. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable when I am not aware of something. I also find it a little annoying that you cannot select a masseuse by name on the website.
