They have watered down polish it seems for certain colors instead of buying more or saying they do not have it. Please just say you are out when I initially pick out that color. I had previously had on black polish and when they finished after 2 hours, you could see the black trim around my new color. My friend mentioned it to them twice to fix it. When you go somewhere a good bit you should not always get the new guy in training. It took so long one time everyone on the salon had turned over twice. I about had a panic attack to get out.. Go IF you have time to go through all the colors and pick out two or three extra just in case, do not plan on relaxing too much. Bring a picture of what shape you would like your nails. I think maybe they are so busy that each person is not a priority if you come back or not. Idk I think I have gone to POSH for the last time this week. I asked nicely for the color they promised when I walked in. The manager did say they had the color before my service. He then back tracked called me a "girl" even when asking to be called a woman. The owner or older guy in there took no responsibility for promising a service before they could accommodate it. Good shops confirm the colors before doing the person nails, not make excuses.
