I went today and the service was completely awful. I wanted almost an hour to get my toes done and when it was time to get my nails I told the girl who was going my nails I wanted short ombré nails and I kept telling her over and over please cut it shorter and yet my nails are not at all what I wanted. (I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted). So in my opinion do not go here. Don't waste your money on it.

I asked for the sea salt pedicure, and my nail technician did an excellent job. She was thorough friendly and very fast. My only slight complaint was that there wasn't much communication before, or after she was done. I asked them if I needed to pick a color and they brought it over a bunch of color samples. I also told her which pedicure I wanted so that she didn't just assume that I wanted the most expensive one. Maybe this was something she was going to ask and I was just being impatient, but it just was unclear what the actual process was. When done, she just moved on to another customer and I had to figure out when it was time for me to pay and leave. Really good, and clean place and would be back, although I'm going to try a few places closer to home.

-- A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home…read more I came to Legacy Nails and Spa on the strength of their reviews, needing a fill-in and a pedicure -- and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by someone whose name I never caught, but whose sweetness set the tone for the entire visit. They were able to take me right away, which was a great start. My nail tech, Lee, is an absolute gem. A meticulous, cool-vibed gentleman with great energy and even better conversation. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfection -- the shape, the finish, everything. You can tell he takes genuine pride in his craft. For my French pedicure, Philip took over. He was hilarious, talented, and so good at what he does. I left with flawless toes and a huge smile. What really sets Legacy apart isn't just the skill -- it's the atmosphere. It reminded me of those old-school nail salons from the early 2000s where everything just felt chill, unhurried, and genuinely warm. I even made friends with two beautiful sisters sitting beside me. The whole place had this family-like energy that is honestly rare to find. I never once felt like just another client being rushed through a service. Every single person working here carries themselves with kindness, professionalism, and what I can only describe as love for what they do. I just relocated to Columbia, and I can say without hesitation -- Legacy Nails and Spa is my new home base. Lee has my nails, Philip has my toes, and I can't wait to come back.

I showed my nail tech a design and she did really well with it. Can't wait to go back.

They told me that the ownership has changed since my last visit, and the salon got a total makeover. I was thrilled to learn they now offer full sugaring services! Very convenient. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. There was spa type music playing and it was very relaxing. The salon was spotless and you can tell they are very attentive to sanitation. The staff were so friendly and nice, and my nail tech asked multiple times during my services if I liked how they looked, which I greatly appreciated! They offer complimentary beverages to include mimosas or margaritas! The prices were very reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of nail services. I am VERY picky about my nail salons more now than I ever have been, but this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Today was that day, and I don't regret it at all! We both chose gel polished. The amount of time it took for my sisters manicure and pedicure was equivalent to my manicure. That didn't seem right. It felt rushed, and not very relaxing for her. The lady doing my nails fixed two spots my sisters technician ignored. She was adamant about making it "right." All in all our nails looked decent. So that's 4-5 stars. However it just felt like it was a bit lacking compared to other salons we have visited. Strongly recommend appointments. They turned two guests away due to the wait for other walk ins.
