I was shocked to find that they were empty on Valentine's Day! I was welcomed in and immediately began being serviced. They offer beverages like soda, water, wine, and mimosas. I went with the classic pedicure and enjoyed the service. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing, where I usually find nail salons to be a bit overstimulating. 10/10, would definitely return!

From start to finish, the place is clean, professional and easy. If you have a choice, ask for Natasha. She is young and creative and super spunky. She will literally do any creative design you bring to her. Polygel is her specialty and cat eye is what I would call her calling card. She has literally taken my nails from a brittle mess I would never even polish to little canvases that I am so proud of. Just beware that parking is by meter, so leave a little extra time!

When I first walked in, I showed the older gentleman what I was looking to get done, and he sat me down. He got my nails prepped, then I went to get my pedicure and toes painted. I got a nice pretty blue to match the nails. After that was done, the same older gentleman asked my pedicure stylist if she had 30 minutes to quickly do my design. Crazy. Then he just told me to come back. He looked at the picture and told me it was too complicated and it would take him all day, as if I'm not paying him. So I got frustrated and went with French. As I'm getting my nails done, my morale is down because I'm not getting what I thought I was getting. After expressing I had blue toes and French tip nails, he expressed that it went well together instead of offering a solution. And he stated I wasn't communicating about my French style when I didn't want that in the first place. As I finished up, I told him I wasn't satisfied with my service and only finished because I got started and wasn't communicated with properly. A day before my cruise, and I am very disappointed. Please make sure they explain realistically what they can and can't do before you put your money into their business. Doesn't communicate well. Good for quick, last-minute fixes. Other than that, go to a nail tech or the other salon by Food Lion.

The guy who did my pedicure was nice but my service felt rushed. He completed my pedicure in 15 min. I mean he was extremely fast which made me feel as though he did mot thoroughly clean my cuticles, etc. I would come back to get serviced by someone but not the same guy. Before I made the appointment, I showed the girl at the desk what I wanted done for a manicure. She said they should definitely be able to do it. I got there and it was super busy, but they sat me in a pedicure chair right away. I think a waited at least a half hour for someone to come over and start my pedicure. My feet felt like they were turning into prunes sitting in the water for so long, and the water was pretty cold at that point. The pedicure itself was pretty good. I thought Anthony did a really good job. From the time I got there until right before my pedicure, I was told about 3 times that they should be able to do what I wanted for a manicure. Then they said well that picture is the powder dip, but we can try gel. The man sat me down for my manicure and said he would go look for the color. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that. This was my first and last time there!
