My only slight complaint was that there wasn't much communication before, or after she was done. I asked them if I needed to pick a color and they brought it over a bunch of color samples. I also told her which pedicure I wanted so that she didn't just assume that I wanted the most expensive one. Maybe this was something she was going to ask and I was just being impatient, but it just was unclear what the actual process was.
