Walked in with no appointment and was greeted. Decided to go with a regular manicure and pedicure. After laughing and talking / showing designs to the lovely man who was doing my pedicure, I changed my mind and went with an acrylic set for my nails. Service was great, they both took their time and their attention to detail was appreciated. Getting a full set is usually long, but I was very comfortable and was offered some water as well. I showed my nail tech a design and she did really well with it. Can't wait to go back. read more

This is a great nail salon. Wanna was my nail tech and she was amazing. She was so friendly and professional. I will admit the wait time is long if you don't have an appointment. They primarily work on an appointment basis. So although they welcome walk-ins I would highly recommend making an appointment. I got the dip nail and Wanna was very detailed. She did my pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax and she was great. read more

Terrible service here. I walked in and no one said anything they all just looked up at me and ignored me until 5 minutes later someone finally came to the front to ask me what services I needed. I then waited for over an hour and they still weren't ready for me and when I asked how much longer they gave me a vague, unhelpful response saying that, "it shouldn't be much longer." They have nice selections of gel polish and regular polish. The environment is clean and organized. They are even open on Sunday's if you get tied up during the week. I came on Sunday at 4:45pm to get only a nail cut down. The tech that came to the door before I could enter said in a rude tone we are closed, no one here to take you. I looked at the door confused BC the sign said they closed at 5pm. I told him I only need a cut down. He shook his head and said no we are closed. As I walked back to my car I noticed two women standing around who began talking with him... he looked down at his watch as I backed out. Pretty poor customer service and to turn someone away before your officially closed is sad. I would not suggest going here. read more
