Stacey could not have been better at understanding my needs & selecting the right treatments/therapists accordingly. In the last three weeks I've received not one, but TWO amazing treatments here - from McKenzie and Antonio. Both therapists are among the best I've ever experienced - and my bar was set quite high beforehand. Well, said bar has now been blown sky high and I can't wait for my next appointment (which is a treatment I've never experienced before - Cranial Sacral Therapy with Antonio). I am over the moon about regular massages from McKenzie and Antonio moving forward. They both definitely had a sixth sense for finding problem areas and demonstrated great talent in applying what is clearly an amazing skill set to my particular needs (as briefly stated by me and then observed immediately by each therapist when work began). The vibe of the studio immediately lets you know you are in the right place the moment you enter. The decor I'm absolutely genius (note the lights in the fireplace for example). They did such an amazing job preserving what is clearly a historic house and the amazing energy that is stored there, without losing the ambiance of a high end, top notch spa. I honestly didn't see how this would help me as I had visited with two other LMTs in the area and had no real change to my condition; however, after one session with Tamika I immediately noticed a difference in my stance. I wasn't walking completely straight after the session, but I was straighter and moving a bit faster. It wasn't until the next morning though, that I stood straight up for the first time since my surgery. In addition to this, the swelling had subsided tremendously, and I could finally see a light at the end of the tunnel with this recovery. I've since made additional appointments and took advantage of the package deal. I'm so glad to finally start feeling like me again! In my opinion, Tamika is the best- and I've actually tried all the rest.

I replied and said "yes" and it is with Carly. The employee did not inform me Carly was not present for work. Rather, the employee said nothing and walked away. Finally, at 2:02pm my wife called me from home to tell me Carly was not at work and her 91 year old, legally blind father cannot get a haircut. The salon staff was very cold to us as we departed. The receptionist even waved good-bye to us. The customer service today was terrible. My father-in-law is 91, legally blind and was very confused why he was not going to receive a haircut.
