Stacey could not have been better at understanding my needs & selecting the right treatments/therapists accordingly. In the last three weeks I've received not one, but TWO amazing treatments here - from McKenzie and Antonio. Both therapists are among the best I've ever experienced - and my bar was set quite high beforehand. Well, said bar has now been blown sky high and I can't wait for my next appointment (which is a treatment I've never experienced before - Cranial Sacral Therapy with Antonio). I am over the moon about regular massages from McKenzie and Antonio moving forward. They both definitely had a sixth sense for finding problem areas and demonstrated great talent in applying what is clearly an amazing skill set to my particular needs (as briefly stated by me and then observed immediately by each therapist when work began). The vibe of the studio immediately lets you know you are in the right place the moment you enter. The decor I'm absolutely genius (note the lights in the fireplace for example). They did such an amazing job preserving what is clearly a historic house and the amazing energy that is stored there, without losing the ambiance of a high end, top notch spa. His response " in my personal opinion, acupuncture is something that has to be believed in for it to work, kind of like that witchcraft mess." Well... in MY PERSONAL OPINION, that type of comment is not only unprofessional but also shines a very dim light on Healing Hands as a business. Given that this company is listed under NATURAL/HOLISTIC, I would think that the employees working there would be more knowledgeable about the field they are practicing in. Acupuncture isn't something to "believe in" nor should it be compared to witchcraft. It is a science based approach that treat nerve points within the body, alleviating tension and inflammation by activating the nerve point to release. Being a holistic wellness counselor myself ... I WILL NEVER refer a single client of mine to this place of business when this is the mindset of the people working here. This is a complete contradiction of the "healing hands" approach. Heal the mind first, then maybe that knowledge will flow through the hands. Lost a revenue of customers before even stepping foot in the door!

I must say my appointment was on time and professional. Rida is a true master at doing natural hair!! Her prices are very reasonable and fair. I have a lot of thick, long hair. She literally washed, conditioned, and trimmed my hair within 1hr 15min I was walking out the door! I have never had a stylist finish my hair that quick.
