Columbia does not have many noteworthy spa locations so my fingers and toes were crossed for OCCO and they did not disappoint. All the staff I interacted with was really lovely. At first, the receptionist said they were busy even though there were zero folks in the lobby when we got there, zero called back while we waited and zero came out. After pushing the issue and stating I was leaving, she said they were delayed due to cleaning the rooms.....who does that in morning when you have patients everyday? Finally called back, not a single cleaning person to be found nor any other patients. Again, visit took 10 minutes and got a script for a test at another facility. Decided to go to another Dr and upon their review, Dr. Hunter didn't get all the paperwork completed so the lab tests we did previously weren't any good. Have to do them over again and out roughly $300. If I could give a Zero Star, I would. If you like sitting in waiting rooms, this is the place for you.
