The salon is on the smallish side but that just means that it's a quiet place to receive treatments and you get personalized attention. :-) I was offered a beverage when I entered and then ushered into my facial after a few minutes. The facial was very relaxing and I enjoyed it. I thought I was supposed to receive a neck, arms and hands massage along with the facial (it says in the list of treatments that it is included with all facials so I'm not sure what happened there but I did receive a quick scalp massage). After the facial I moved on to have my haircut with Greg. He took time to look at my hair and talk to me about styles I was interested in. All the staff was friendly and it was like hanging out with friends during the hair cut. When I left I felt like I was the star of a hair care product commercial. I will definitely be back to see Greg and I recommend him but be prepared to speak up on the facial if you decide to give it a go.

She did nothing to cut to my curl pattern at all and scoffed when I asked her to use thinning shears behind my ears. When it was dry and still WAY too bulky, she just started whacking away with scissors. I didn't complain at the time because I know that sometimes a curly cut needs time to settle, but it's just gone from bad to worse and she cut it too short to even get it fixed so I'm stuck.

She knows her stuff and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Her reputation is everything. I'd rather her tell me she won't do a process like in my case a perm because it would've fried my already over processed hair than do it to make me happy but then have my hair break off. I have never once been unhappy with the results when I jump out of her chair and my hair has never been healthier.
