Customer service was AWFUL! The young lady at the front charged the wrong amount for my daughter's…read morepedicure. They charge $1.50 credit card fee. Due to there mistake and not ringing up the correct price they rang up another transaction for $9 and added another $1.50 fee before I could say anything my oldest daughter went ahead and paid. I immediately asked if they could cancel it but the transaction had already gone through. I shouldn't have had to pay another service fee for $1.50 due to their mistake with charging the correct price the first time. The lady that they called over said they don't issue refunds so she wasn't sure what to do. I suggested she take $1.50 out of the register or refund the $10.50 and I'll get cash. Then she asked the young ladies up front who rang up the charge and told her she would have to pay the $1.50. As a business owner she should have absorbed the $1.50. It wasn't about $1.50 it was the principal and the customer service. We spent almost $200 between the 3 of us on this visit. This is the 3rd time we've been to the salon and I asked if they are ok with losing 3 customers over $1.50. No way should you have asked your employee to pay the $1.50. That's a cost the business should have absorbed. We will not be returning!
