I arrived within that window and Allyssa said she would do my wax but not my butt strip which is included in the full Brazilian wax. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax. I found a better wax person, no deposit required and they are super clean

Every time I come, I'm brought to a chair within minutes if not right away. The environment is clean. The workers are polite and helpful each time . Both myself and my husband enjoy my nails each time I come here and the prices never change. I have gotten my lashes done only in LA & I finally found my go to girl Annie to do my lashes from now on. Super satisfied with her work. She is super friendly and kind she made the time pass by quick. Honestly all the people at this nail shop are all so nice. Tips: - Be careful getting water on them wait 24 hours before getting them wet or they will start to fall out. - Also your natural lashes will fall out with the false lashes that is the one thing everyone should know beforehand. It will happen whether you like it or not lol! (So if you love false individual lashes you know the consequences WE LOVE THEM THOUGH) - Make sure to wash around the lashes or use a Q-Tip to clean around the eye lid. This will be a lot easier to clean off the makeup around the eye. - I highly recommend brushing the lashes out through out the day with the tiny brush she gives you. That service was much more expensive than the one she suggested, so immediately I knew she wasn't just about the money! I have very oily skin and the first treatment didn't do so well for me. Sherry reached out and asked how everything was going and I expressed my issues and she asked me to come back in for a free 30 min session to give her a chance to correct my issues. She did and so far it seems to be working, she has put me on a treatment plan and I am going to schedule this so that I can continue to see progress with my oily skin.
