I haven't been coming to this place for years. My grandmother gave me a gift card this Christmas. I'd finally decided to come and use it. When the nail tech started my nails. He started asking me in depth of what colors I wanted so I thought that meant he could execute the design, More time goes by and he gets to the black polish and is already doing all my nails black, so I say something and then he says I'm gonna go back to it, to add the white. I accidentally bumped my hand on the light while curing the polish, and he got very upset, and in mean tone said he'd have to come back to it. Once he fixed it, he starts top coating all my nails, and then says that's all. He didn't even finish my design and then tried to ask me for a pedicure. This is my fourth time coming to this nail spa. Previously, I have had mani/pedi and eyebrow threading. This time I did a mani/pedi with gel polish. I was very happy with how my nails came out. I just love the feel of the massage for the pedicure! I got the basic pedicure this time, but I have gotten the herbal spa healing one before. I highly recommend that pedicure at least once a year! I came first thing on Saturday morning (9:30) and did not have to wait. I was immediately seated and my pedicure began within the first few minutes. They usually offer you a drink during the pedicure, but didn't this time, which is why they lost one star. The woman doing my work was very nice and thorough. It took a little over an hour. They also have a kiosk where you can sign in and get points towards future visits and reminders for manicures, etc. read more

After receiving substandard service I looked at the reviews. The most disheartening part was not the bad reviews but the management response. In almost all of the cases of bad reviews the manager responded with a stock prepared response. Almost all responses were the same. This leads me to believe that they are unconcerned with what their loyal customers have to say. There are 50 or more nail salons within a 2 mile radius. Reviews matter. read more

I tried this place for the first time after leaving the gym a week or so ago.. I paid $50 for a full set of gel nails and I have been back 4 times for the same set because there is either a crack or a nail about to break. They were very nice about it and fixed the nail and the 2nd to the last time they wife of the owner did the set over saying "she didn't want me to not come back" which I thought was nice. But I had to go back again after that and a nails was fixed Monday. Well that same nail broke off last night while getting new perfume out of the box. And just now another just broke. I don't understand. I usually get acrylic from Posh or somewhere else and my nails never break this quickly. I don't get why they have broken so much so fast. It hard enough to find the time to get your nails done but to have to back and forth 4 times and then two more break a few days later is insane. I just wasted $50 which is more than I usually paid to have to get theses taken off and redone somewhere else. I tried them out but it's a no for me. Unless they can start over I won't go back nor will I refer anyone to them. My friends ask me why would I keep going back anyway. But it was was paid for already . Never again. This salon totally discriminated against my friend. Two of us walked in Saturday, ready to wait for our services since they only do walk-ins on Saturday. I wanted a pedicure and she needed a full set. Pedicure seats weren't too busy so I was sat quickly. Nail techs were busier so friend had a wait. We watched nail techs finish up with clients yet my friend was never called for her service. We asked multiple times when she's get her nails done only to be told "I didn't forget about you, a few minutes" by the male manager. It was only when I was sat down to dry that they said they were ready, over an hour later. Clear mistreatment of a customer. I'll never go back and will be sure everyone I know is aware of their poor business practices- this isn't the way you treat people. read more

I had a pedicure here last week and it was aweful. They changed the price multiple time, the didn't shape my toe nails at all and the polish was so watered down it never dried and chipped off. They also had about 20 workers and 40 customers- a little too tight for these Covid times. This was a terrible waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did! read more

I went to this salon to get dip polish. A few days later the dip fell off one of the nails. I went back to the salon and asked to have the nail fixed. The rude man behind the counter pointed and told me to sit in the chairs by the wall. I waited and watched time after time techs become available taking other customers. I just moved to Columbia a few months ago and this is the second nail salon I have tried in this area and I loved it! I booked very late at night and my appointment was approved the following morning before they opened. I was immediately greeted when I entered and did not have to wait long. I was serviced by Tammy, who did a great job. I got a full acrylic set. I came with my nails bare and it only took 45 mins, just as the website stated it would. Tammy did a great job from start to finish. I love the shape of my nails and they look very natural. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!CONSUMER ALERT!!! Saturday 30 Apr 2022, I entered this establishment to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. The short man at the counter was rude upon my arrival when I asked him how long the wait time was. I was then seated upon my arrival back into the salon with my purse. He seated me in a pedicure chair to begin working on my toes first. I requested just a toe nail color change with gel polish and a design. Long story short, one of the older ladies final got to me. She asked me what I wanted I responded with a simple French style on my toes with cotton candy, she proceeded to point out that she could not do cotton candy because I have lines in my toe nails and they will show through the cotton candy. can you do a nude color and then the French tip, she said ok. I didn't like it and asked for a pink color close to cotton candy but not as sheer but something that will still compliment my skintone. She tried to rush and pick a color that was a too dark pink shade and I didn't like that either. I requested a nice line design to be done freehand by one of the nail techs, she said she couldn't do a design someone else does that I responded by letting her know I'll wait. She said it would be a few minutes for the other lady to get to me. I said ok. The next lady came over and proceeded to do a freehand design. However, she brought over black polish to do the design, and she never asked me if I wanted that color. I asked for three colors and a metallic I believed would compliment the white base. I thought she understood the colors i asked for, one of them being yellow, she brought neon yellow. When i asked her to remove it and replace with a more sunshine yellow she seemed to not understand what i was asking due to the language barrier. I guess they got frustrated and kept talking about me amongst themselves in their native language. After I kept having to settle for things I didn't want, a young guy came over and tried to ask what I was wanting specifically and did I have a picture. Of course I didn't have a pic because I asked for a freehand design. I responded that i could show her a pic but it seems she may not understand according to how things were already going. The guy proceeded to tell me that I should have given her a pic at the beginning. I advised him that I asked for a freehand design and no pic should be required for that. But if thats something she couldn't do she should have let me know that before she started. Once he walked away, he said someone else will come over and help me. I declined and let them know I will be leaving because I am not satisfied with their service nor their attitude. The short man was there taking payments. I asked for my total he stated that I needed to pay full price($30) for gel polish on my toes not including the design. I advised him I didn't receive what I asked for and I will pay half to acknowledge the half of a job I received. He got upset and irrate, along with the other young guy i spoke with before i got out the chair, and they both began yelling at me, in front of other customers, to "get out" and "go back to where I came from." ( whatever that means) which was highly unnecessary and uncalled for. He never apologized for the horrible service nor for how he nor any other staff member was treating me. I advised them that I will not pay for bad service nor will I pay or settle for something I don't like. Being a small business owner myself I don't feel that this situation was handled correctly. I will never return to that salon ever again and I advise everyone should take into account how racist they are but they will take your money with no problem!!!! read more
