No one was available to take me, however if I could come back at 2:30, I could be seen by Jennie. I totally didn't mind since my afternoon was wide open. Jennie took a look at my nails because she wanted to be sure could do the work in the allotted time. Once we agreed I was on my way. I returned at the agreed upon time. Jennie was happily waiting for me. She let me choose my colors. She asked me a few questions about my previous experience with dip powder. She explained the process and how she operates. Every time I come, I'm brought to a chair within minutes if not right away. The environment is clean. The workers are polite and helpful each time . They put gelatin into the water and it disperses and it's like gelatin soft silky everywhere on your legs.
