They told me that the ownership has changed since my last visit, and the salon got a total makeover. I was thrilled to learn they now offer full sugaring services! Very convenient. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. There was spa type music playing and it was very relaxing. The salon was spotless and you can tell they are very attentive to sanitation. The staff were so friendly and nice, and my nail tech asked multiple times during my services if I liked how they looked, which I greatly appreciated! They offer complimentary beverages to include mimosas or margaritas! The prices were very reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of nail services. I am VERY picky about my nail salons more now than I ever have been, but this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Today was that day, and I don't regret it at all! I was greeted by Apple when I walked in, the salon was spotless, and it smelled nice (I wasn't slapped in the face with the smell of chemicals like most salons). They seated me quickly, and the nail technician was nice and extremely detailed with the pedicure. I did not feel rushed at all, and although I was just there for a pedicure, I will be back for more services. I can't stress enough how clean and nice the salon looked. If you're looking for a peaceful pedicure/manicure experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was awesome!

-- A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home…read more I came to Legacy Nails and Spa on the strength of their reviews, needing a fill-in and a pedicure -- and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by someone whose name I never caught, but whose sweetness set the tone for the entire visit. They were able to take me right away, which was a great start. My nail tech, Lee, is an absolute gem. A meticulous, cool-vibed gentleman with great energy and even better conversation. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfection -- the shape, the finish, everything. You can tell he takes genuine pride in his craft. For my French pedicure, Philip took over. He was hilarious, talented, and so good at what he does. I left with flawless toes and a huge smile. What really sets Legacy apart isn't just the skill -- it's the atmosphere. It reminded me of those old-school nail salons from the early 2000s where everything just felt chill, unhurried, and genuinely warm. I even made friends with two beautiful sisters sitting beside me. The whole place had this family-like energy that is honestly rare to find. I never once felt like just another client being rushed through a service. Every single person working here carries themselves with kindness, professionalism, and what I can only describe as love for what they do. I just relocated to Columbia, and I can say without hesitation -- Legacy Nails and Spa is my new home base. Lee has my nails, Philip has my toes, and I can't wait to come back.

I showed my nail tech a design and she did really well with it. Can't wait to go back.

Within 13 days, the gel polish began separating and lifting from the tops of my nails. The polish itself simply separated from my nails, as you can clearly see in the photos, and it started catching on my hair and clothing. I've included dated photos showing what they looked like at 13 days and again today, 10/1. I called the salon today to explain what happened, and the man I spoke with told me that it was time to have my nails redone anyway. I explained that I have had gel manicures many times and have never had the polish separate from my nails like this. Normally, when I return for another manicure, the salon actually has to remove the gel polish--it doesn't peel and lift off on its own. What bothered me just as much as the manicure itself was the dismissive and rude response when I called. Telling me that they needed to be redone anyway after only 20 days completely missed the point. He said nothing we can do for you!! The polish had already started separating at 13 days. This was my first visit to Lovely Nails, and unfortunately it will be my last. I will be returning to LaVie.
