I was shocked to find that they were empty on Valentine's Day! I was welcomed in and immediately began being serviced. They offer beverages like soda, water, wine, and mimosas. I went with the classic pedicure and enjoyed the service. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing, where I usually find nail salons to be a bit overstimulating. 10/10, would definitely return!

I like to tip the people that work and do my nails, because they do great work, but I can't do that when the full price with tip included is the actual price I'm paying now (without tip). I've had two scheduled appointments where I still waited so long that I had to leave. On another visit, the technician I was booked with took a different customer and told me to "wait a little while," which turned into more than an hour. My most recent fill was poorly done where a chunk of the filler broke off, and they admitted it wasn't applied strongly enough, yet still charged me again to fix it. They didn't file my nails, and the polish has been peeling quickly after each visit. When I asked for a simple polish refresh (not gel), they quoted me $30, even though other salons charge around $12 and I brought my own polish. After years of loyalty, I'm moving to TN Nails instead. Save your money because the service at Alpha Nail Spa is no longer worth the price.
