I've been going to Aria since they opened. Before that, they owned Sparkles in the Northeast. Overall, I've been going to them for 20 years. Incredible manicures and pedicures. They always back their work. It is RARE that anything goes wrong. When it does, they go out of their way to fix it. Plus, they try to accommodate special requests. We had a wonderful experience at Aria Nails Spa in Forest Acres. The staff was professional and friendly and took their time with my daughter's nails. The spa was clean, inviting and smelled like fresh citrus. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment and are open until 6:30 pm during the week. I've gone here about 5 times now for manis and/or pedis and David has been my fabulous tech each time. He's the best nail tech I've ever had, and Aria is the nicest nail spa I've ever been to. I was excited to finally give Aria Nails Spa a try since opening up & unfortunately REGRET it! Front desk was friendly & nice when I walked in. I came right when they opened in the middle of the week. They weren't busy at all. I got a basic pedicure & the nail technician did such a horrible job! The polish was so sloppy that it looked like a child did my nails! I had to use my own nail polish and try to fix what the technician did when I came home. I will not be back to Aria Nails Spa! I've been going here for about 5 months now and really enjoy it! You can book reservations online, the place is very clean and they have a huge assortment of polishes! Only downside I've found is that they don't really stick to your reservation requests (I've always chosen a specific person to do my nails when i reserve online because i get acrylic and I'd you've ever don't that before you know not all nail artists are created equal - but they rarely honor the reservation and I usually just get who happens to be available then) I still recommend them to all my friends. Have been here over 20 times. Always great Tonight total disaster Dominic an employee yelled at another employees daughter. Yelling ensued. He pushed her. Other employees got involved. My child witnessed this so our fun mother daughter pre holiday treat turned into her being scared and me paying for her to watch domestic violence. Price- I don't know if it was a promotion because they just opened or their prices are really that good, but I got my acrylics removed and a gel manicure and it was under 50$. Atmosphere- Very confortable. Receptionists were kind. Nail tech got me from the waiting area very quickly after picking my color. They just opened so I was happy with how quickly they were figuring out their system and their tablet check in options. COVID- my hands were sanitized before the service and there was plexiglass (or some type of clear barrier lol) between the nail tech and I. Quality- I was very satisfied with the manicure. Cuticles were taken care of. Acrylics were removed delicately and thoroughly. The gel manicure lasted and looked really great. She also continued to check on me to make sure I liked it. She was so friendly. I'm so bummed I can't recall her name right now because she was fantastic. I was peeking around as best I could and the work of the other nail techs seemed thorough and clean as well. All in all, Aria will be my spot for sure! read more

Recently moved in the area and after many reviews I really had some high expectations for this place. Everyone mentions it to be high quality service. Called to come in around 5:00 pm on a Monday. When you walk in it's beautiful they have you sign in and pick your color. I was going in for a pedicure and the guy that I got was very nice. He made some conversation and let me relax as well. The issue for me is that they did not give me a selection on the type of pedicure I wanted. I sat in the chair and he kind of just did the basic stuff. I told him to file my toenails only and he completely disregarded what I said and cut them. He said it's because they would look nicer short. I was taken back. He filed them crooked and both my feet were uneven shapes. I selected a bubble gum pink color. His application wasn't the best. No foot massage he just lathered lotion on my feet. It was very basic. My partner got a pedicure as well and a men's manicure. He was sleep most of the time so he didn't really notice. For those three services it came out to $160 not including the tip. One thing about me is I DO NOT mind paying for quality service but it was crazy to me. We did not get to select the pedicures we wanted but that was the price for two basic pedicure and a manicure for my partner. It's is overpriced and I'm sure there is much better places than this place. Won't be coming back here. & to top it off by the end of the day my nail color was turning yellowish. read more

When word gets out this spa will be packed. Make your appointment now I promise you will be pleased! BTW this is not your typical Walmart nail salon. So yes, you have to make an appointment. I went twice because I like that they have SNS for dip powder but both times I had Tracy and even though the reviews on Google state she's amazing, both times I had her it was so painful and she did ok with the application of the dip powder. Both times I went in wanting french dip powder and I guess she's the only one who does it. I've never had dip powder removal and pink/white dip powder application done all within 1 hour. They're not super busy and it was all rushed, not relaxing, cuticles cut by the drill, my nail bed drilled roughly and while drilling it burned and hurt. It didn't matter how many times I pulled my hand away and told her it hurt, it's like she doesn't care. Just wants to get you in and out of the chair quick. Nothing about it was relaxing and my French looked powdery and debri was stuck it in and there were mistakes even my boyfriend pointed out. If a guy notices the mistakes, then it's not good work... I was charged $55. Not horribly priced but with tip, it just doesn't feel worth it. The good is that my dip powder hasn't lifted at all. So two stars for that. read more

Horrible. Nail technician laughed at my choice of a neutral color. I asked not to have my nails buffed with a mechanical buffer and was told I couldn't have the manicure, I've had numerous manicures and this has never been a problem. The hygiene is questionable. They put only the bottom of the instruments into a sterilizing solution and do not use the autoclave between customers. read more
