Because the lady who was doing my pedicure was also the waxer, I had to wait ten minutes with my feet in cold water. Then, a different guy comes and starts my pedicure. He barely said two words to me. He butchered my toes, bleeding, and cut all my nails off. When I questioned why he had to cut them so short, a different nail tech had to translate for us for him to relay that because ONE nail (big toe had broken) he wanted to even it out. First of all, ask before you butcher someone's darn foot. Second of all, you should never cut anyone's nails down to the point of bleeding. When I was trying to communicate with him that he was hurting me, he was oblivious and never looked up. I will never return!

I encourage Ulta Beauty to ensure that makeup artists are properly trained and maintain a high level of customer service. However, when I told Artana about the cut in 2000, she followed through. It has been the best haircut I've ever had. Sometimes I let it grow a bit longer but it still works well. The drawback in recommending Sheer Expectations is that they don't take many new clients right now. It's mostly Artana and her sisters that do it all.
