From the outside this salon looked very promising but overall it was a disappointing experience. I requested an acrylic fill and a clear flower design to go on each ring finger. The staff was rude and blatantly ignored me when I was requesting the flower design but after a bit more nagging it was done. I honestly could have done better myself. The flowers look like blobs and overall the total came out to about 85 inches excluding tip which is insane for a fill...not to mention the aggression from filing my nail down until the sides were raw. I would honestly just avoid this place at all cost you can definitely get your money's worth elsewhere. read more

I've been going to the salon since I moved to Tennessee last November. I'm always pleased with the service. I chose them based on their high Google ratings that they've gotten for the last three or four years. They have not disappointed. They are very popular so if you plan on going, I would recommend making an appointment but they do take walk-ins. Every chair is usually filled on Saturdays. read more

Posh Nail Spa - Gel pedicure. I had a very efficieny technician today, who paid close attention to detail as she did my nails. - Nail Salons Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

My mom, sisters and I go here once a month to get pedicures. They are awesome. Beautiful space and great customer service.

My daughter and I both went for full set and pedicures today. Our pedicures were fantastic. Great experience overall. My daughters nail tech for pedicure and nails was Amber. She did a great job. She would have received all 5 stars.. my nail tech gave me the worst manicure I've ever had in my life. She rushed through, they were very short, fat and chunky... they were to wide at the tips and I could tell she was more interested in quantity of clients instead of quality work. If you go here ask for Amber she did amazing.. the young man who did my pedicure also did great. My manicure is honestly the worst I've ever had. read more

I was nervous coming here because of the reviews but he did a good job. They were packed but I was seated immediately in the last chair at the end. The massage chair kinda sucked which was one of the main reasons I go. The guy that did my feet was sick as a dog :/ the application could've been smoother, you can see the bumps when the sun shines on them but the shape and overall is nice. Plus they gave Christmas gifts which is cute and shows they value their customers. Would give 5 stars it the polish was smooth. read more

They got a one star only because I had to leave a star to post this review. Worst service at a nail salon EVER! My sister and I had to quick find a place since our appointment at another salon had been cancelled. We knew this place was close and open, so we tried it. Walking in, the salon looks nice, but the staff is rude. They rushed through everything and my sister was hurt several times and had to pull away from her technician. When my technician was done, she didn't put my sandals back on, she put on the little flimsy thong things and said follow me to dry. I had to ask her for a towel to wipe off the excessive amount of oil she left on my legs and feet. She looked bothered that I asked for a towel and asked with an attitude "what you don't like lotion?" I said I like lotion just fine, I didn't want oil. When my sister came to join me drying, she too had oil left on her legs and we asked for a wet towel to rub it off. read more

I love this place. They always make my nails look AMAZING and they always have great customer service, when the time is limited. Thank you!

i have been going to posh for my whole life and have never be this upset. I made an appointment two days prior for three people with seats together and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get seats together after our appointment time. After we sat down to get our pedicures, I didn't like the color and politely asked if I could change it. The mail doing my pedicure, active, very upset and then practically through the color samples at me. And then when I was trying to choose my new color, stood next to me and tapped his foot and asked me every second if I had chosen a color yet. I finally just gave up and told him I wanted a random color that i was not happy with. When I was getting my manicure, the man was very rough on my nails. There is a big scrape in the side of one that I noticed immediately after I left, and there is bubbles and unevenness and bulkiness on my tips. My fingers are so sore. The place was very busy and unorganized. do not go! read more

DO NOT GET WAXED HERE I have second degree burns on my eyelids and haven't been able to sleep a full night without waking up with burning pain. Three days after it is hard and wrinkled and darkening in color. I have permanent damage to my eye lids and all they did for me was refund the wax. In addition to accusing me of not telling to tech I have sensitive skin, they started talking about my situation right in front of me in a different language. No people skills. Do not come here for waxing. read more

Hands down, the WORST pedicure I've ever had. Tiffany made two of my toes bleed while cutting the nails by literally pulling and pulling on them. My wife and I just wanted a little relaxation on Election Day and ended up experiencing something so unprofessional and rude that I may have nightmares as my big toe is still throbbing the next day and just hoping it won't get infected (it's wrapped in bandages and Neosporin). read more

This won't be a long review. They are close to home so I've been a few times... but I won't be back. It's more expensive here than other nail salons, 12 + tip for an uneven eyebrow wax. Luckily I have lush brows so I'm not too worried, others might be if it were them. It is clean, and well decorated -- just not worth it to me. They did thank me for being patient for the wait, that was nice. Still, I could recommend better. read more

I stopped coming here months ago after a pedicure where the gentlemen was going so fast that he was almost done in 10 mins. I had to stop and ask him if I should come back when he's not in a rush. Fast forward to today when my daughter went and an elderly lady who didn't seem to know what she was doing was filing her toe nails for thirty mins. When she asked for someone else the rest of the employees were giving her dirty looks. Only reason she went was it was a gift from her friend. We will not go there ever. read more

So I finally went back here because it was an emergency! I needed my acrylic removed and manicure! I made an appt online which was a super easy process. That was delightful. I'd you're looking for a pedicure place - you won't be disappointed. However , nails are another story. I wanted to get my nails done for the holidays. I explained to the gal what I wanted. She said I needed tips and essentially told me no and appeared to not want to put in the extra work - I felt forced into getting something I didn't want. Really my own fault. I know I'm the customer. It aaa just frustrating. When the finished product was complete they truly looked subpar and a week out there is hardly any growth but my hair keeps getting stuck underneath. Which is not common for dip. If I'm paying $50+ for a set - I should not be leaving unhappy. read more

You'll pay a little bit more but the place is clean and in a convenient location. However I went there yesterday with my friends and we all got manicures. This morning three of my fingernails had chips and bubbles. When I went back and asked the manager to redo them or give me a refund, he said that he doesn't do refunds and that I should've told them sooner. He asked me to walk around the room and point out who the nail technician was that did my nails so that he can reprimand him. I explained that I just wanted to get my nails fixed and that now I was embarrassed. I didn't remember the nail techs name and didn't want to walk around and point him out. I won't be back. I wish I had seen the other bad reviews! read more

I was visiting family for Thanksgiving from Baltimore. Was out shopping with my sis and we dropped in to get our nails done ( mani/pedi) for a party. I see a lot of negative reviews and after attending this nail salon for OVER a year i felt necessary to disagree with almost all of these negative reviews since I have NEVER had a bad experience. If you make an appointment prior you will be seated upon walking in 9/10 times, they are normally pretty busy which should be considered a GOOD SIGN because people enjoy coming here. The nail techs are great! Kathy always does WONDERFUL full sets for me since I prefer designs on my nails and never disappoints. The color selection is massive. They're quick and offer refreshments if requested. Masks are required and I don't think that should be looked at as a negative at all since you're sitting less than a foot away from another persons face and we're in a pandemic. Very clean establishment and very nice decor. I will always recommend Posh to a friend! read more

I've been to Posh two times and the first time I received and amazing pedicure from a gentlemen. He really took care of my feet and gave me a very relaxing massage. The next week I figured I'd get a dip manicure with Posh since the pedicure was so great but let me tell you, it was not the same experience. I felt rushed and not taken care of. The women couldn't understand me so I could get the exact color I wanted and just gave up for a "natural pink". The job seemed rushed and when the woman was done she just got up and walked away. Like ok bye..? Now here it is not even 4 days later and my nails have chipped all over. They are thin and flimsy. I thought dip was supposed to last at least 14 days but I guess not? Would only recommend if you are going for a pedicure and if you get one of the gentlemen but I would not waste my money on an nail service with them. read more

Walked in and then walked right back OUT. Unprofessional. I used to love this place years ago but now I will never be returning. Came in for a pedicure and was told to sit at a bowl but it wasn't prepped yet so it was a bit awkward on where to place my feet. A lady came by but was pressuring me to get Gel Polish repeatedly pointing (3x) at the menu after I said No. Then when I asked about what other shades of white polish they had, she said "Okay" and walked away. ALSO, what happened to the complimentary drink options?! read more

I went with two friends to Posh on Saturday. They got us in quickly and seated us together, but that is where the good service ended. My technician was a legitimate bully. She acted like I was disturbing her just to be breathing. My friend was called after we left and told that they under charged her and would need to charge her an additional $20. This is completely unprofessional. If you make a mistake in ringing someone up, in the service industry you have to suck that up. It's not on the client after they leave the establishment. My other friends dip nails are already cracking and it's been less than 2 days. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

This place is pretty horrible with Costumer service. I've been two days in a row where they see you walk in and don't bother to say a word until they're good and ready, even if it is 10 minutes later. Both days, people that were ahead of me just left. It's wildly popular and stays busy. I'm assuming that's why the employees are just kind of "meh" about going the extra mile to welcome and accommodate their customers. I waited 10 minutes to be greeted yesterday and I'm back for an appointment and the tech isn't even in the building and it's 20 minutes after my appointment time. read more

Always a great experience this salon has really upped thier game. Not only do the have the most beautiful, clean and sanitary space in Columbia but the prices are fair as well. I love this location as it's convenient to where I live my life. The staff is helpful and up front about pricing. I never really have to wait and the free drinks are a nice perk. They do a great gel and dip manicure. The nail techs listen to what you want and do a great job. I have had my eyebrows waxed, gel and dip manicure, and pedicures done here. I loved the hot stone foot massage. Added just the extra bit of luxury to the end of a long day. This is a fun spot for girlfriends and to make business connections. Beautiful place with classy decor and an incredibly friendly staff. There is a sanitary and safe atmosphere, especially in regards to the pandemic, as they have taken all precautions necessary. Horrible, uneven pedicure and rude management. Waste of money. -Filed my toenails crooked and uneven. When I asked for them to fix the shape, they told me they couldn't, so I DID IT MYSELF. -Refused to give a discount. I filed my own nails for my pedicure, because they made them crooked, yet when I asked for a discount because of this, they said "everyone works on commission so while she was waiting on you to fix your toes, she was losing money." This may be true, but you can't offer a poor service and then blame the customer for asking it be fixed (much less when the customer is fixing it themselves). I paid full price and still gave a tip, which I wish I hadn't. I can't believe such horrible service followed by a guilt trip for asking that it be corrected! read more

One star ONLY because I enjoyed the mimosas as it was a hot day and the place is very clean. However, that was the extent of my positive experience. 1. The host/floor manager (whatever title you would give the gentleman who asks you what service you would like to get done and then directs you to your chair) is rude and dismissive. I was take aback by how short he was in temperament for someone who is supposed to greet everyone who walks in. * It's important for me to note that I had walked out of this location two months ago because of the attitude of this same gentlemen (he wears black framed glasses) and got my nails done at the Killian. And the story continues... 2. My nail tech (don't know the name) did not listen to anything I said. I told her that I wanted a very light, natural looking color and she said "no no, too light." At first I thought she was just kidding but she really insisted to the point that she had another technician bring over their "fall color" inventory. This is annoying because I didn't ask for fall colors. I'm and adult and I know what color I want. Yes, it was frustrating but not a deal breaker. The dealbreaker came when I told the technician that the gel did not apply correctly and that there was a bubble. Her response again was a "no,no, all fine." Well by this time I'm OVER IT. I'm paying you and you can't take my feedback and make it right? So nevertheless that was 10/6 and today is 10/8 and I will be turning to get my nail fixed. Wasted time when it could have been corrected in the moment. Poor Management + Unimpressive Customer Service = Spend your Money elsewhere.
