    The service is sooo nice and I suggest Jimmy should get a raise. Best place ever!!! This is the best place I have ever gone to and the gel pedicure is cheaper than any place which is good it's 45 and I really suggest it.

    The new owner of Adela's Nails is wonderful! Great service, uses liners for top sanitation, individual disposable pedicure kits, and all around excellent customer service. Thank you Terry!

They have a boutique at the front of their shop with unique gift sets and jewelry. A welcoming atmosphere with a classy sitting area. The music is just right, not too loud and not to low. All the lady's look professional and have amazing customer service. They take care of their customers with delicious mimosas or water. There is enough parking spaces in front of the salon. My manicure and pedicure came out beautiful. Carolina did a thorough mani and pedi, much needed for me. Their prices are reasonable. The experience was relaxing and accommodating to my needs. I loved that there were not too many people. Just the right amount to feel comfortable. At the end the joyful soul at the front closed my tap and invited me to join their membership plan. They do not offer waxing yet but their nail services are superb. Thank you ladies for making me feel comfortable in your nail barre.

She was 10 minutes late being brought back and asked for an add on service. Which they have a menu for on the table. She inquired about the add on and was told there was not enough time. No problem. She showed a photo of what she wanted and didn't receive that at all. I have photos to show her nails weren't fully polished, there are gaps, the polish didn't even cover her nails fully. You can see right through the polish. Her appointment ended before it's allotted time. She did not receive $100 service. What she got was not worth that much. I attempted to explain this but neither manager did not care. Both are named Laura. We had issues from making the appointment to the service and attitude of the staff. At this point we no longer wanted to be a patron of this business and wanted to cancel her remaining appointment. I spoke to the lady at the store and expressed my daughter's concerns. They are unable to cancel with our 24 hours notice even though we were not happy. So we had two options, go and get service we no longer wanted or not show and still get charged 50 to 75% of the service. No one would remove the charge so we showed up. The manager who works another job and called me back two hours later only offered 20% off. So we show up for the pedicure and they are late getting her back again by 15 minutes this time. Poor customer service for crappy service. We will not be back and I will be disputing the charges on my card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Your time doesn't matter to them.

This review is about the atrocious customer service and lack of professionalism and class the owner possesses. I'd like to preempt this by saying I was threatened by her when I informed her that I would write this review, (see her last post). If you support businesses that treat their clientele like dirt, I highly suggest you visit Think Blink. I was running a bit late to my appointment today due to an Uber screw-up. For the record, I have never been late, in fact I've always been early. When I made my very first appointment at the salon I was never sent a confirmation. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told that the owner was in the hospital indefinitely, messing not only with my daily schedule but also with my eyelash schedule. Fast forward to today, my brand new nail technician was finishing up my manicure when I realized the time, she sent Think Blink a text (at 5:25) letting them know we were running late and that it wasn't a problem to reschedule at all. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15. As you can see in the attached photos, I received a reply saying I would have to reschedule because they had other clients and that I would have to pay full price for today's service (which I never received) before they would book the next service. (I was never informed of any of their policies) As soon as my nails were done, I ran three doors down to let them know that I found their cancellation policy to be absolutely ridiculous -only to find the salon- lights out and doors locked (no other clients in sight)....hmmmm. I went back to the nail salon to wait for my Uber and left a message to Think Blink letting them know how I felt about their policy and that I would not be using their services anymore. Less than two minutes later, the frantic owner of Think Blink burst into the nail salon, demanding that I speak with her back at her salon; making a scene which everyone around me found completely crass. When I refused to accompany her back to Think Blink, the owner harassed me with phone calls over and over, using words such as, "you better listen" and speaking to me as if I were a child. Below this review please see the screenshots I could fit of the text messages between myself and this horrible beast. Not only did she embarrass me in my nail salon, but she mistreated a client, which is against the rules of professionalism. I'm from NYC and have spent my life in the top salons in NY, London, Miami, and LA. I have NEVER seen such behavior from a business owner. Side note: I am a 20%+ tipper and always have been. I have listened to the owner trash talk her other clients before they arrive and after they depart when she thought I wasn't listening. Does she do lashes well? Yeah, she's alright. But the overall feeling in that salon is pure negativity -despite the pink flamingo decor and chocolates, an obvious diversion tactic to keep the clientele's attention off of the trash talking, negligent behavior of the staff. Anyone who gets eyelash extensions knows this is not an inexpensive service and deserves to be treated with a smile and respect when choosing a salon. You will find neither at Think Blink. Don't put a penny into this business when there are many better ones in the area. Obviously this owner was never taught the phrase, "the customer is always right."

She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. The salon itself and the rest of the staff are lovely. My first appointment was booked with George and first impressions: he is fabulous! Never have I ever gained so much knowledge from a haircut! I have curly hair with some recent challenges due to weight loss and he came highly recommended. He spent the time with me to educate me on my curls and what he thought was the best way to proceed to help me reach my hair goals. My curls are looking fantastic and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

Next I walked in to a very open but clean and sleak spa. There was tranquil music in the background. Mei immediately greeted me, even though she was with a client. Next came in the lady who scheduled my appointment, she was also very nice. I was able to get an appointment that day. I came back, again was greeted immediately. Everyone is extremely nice. You feel like you are at home, with how welcome everyone makes you feel. I was offered a beverage, I opted for fruit infused water, I did see some adult beverages, but I don't drink and drive so that was out. You get a very nice heavy glass, not a plastic cup. Mei immediately introduced herself, she took the time to look at me and my hair. I showed her what I wanted. She was very complimentary of my hair, she was impressed of the color, even more when I told her God colored my hair :). I don't color my hair it is natural. The hair cut took a while, because her cuts are very precise and detailed oriented. She cuts your hair to the movement of your head and facial structures. Her technique is more like a very complicated math equation that is impossible to solve. It is obvious she loves what she does and is extremely skilled at her artform. I left feeling like a new lady. My mom didn't even recognize me. My hair has found its soulmate.
