It's now Dec 31 (I figured I'd give them a couple weeks with the holidays) and I never heard anything despite them having three ways to get in contact with me, two of which they used before my service so we know those work. So that response seems to me to be a bandaid trying to cover my review and make them look better. For that shady customer service practice alone, I'm taking another star off.
