Most expensive kids pedi I ever paid for. After I paid, I said thank you as a common courtesy. One of the workers, a male, laughed so hard because he said.. that I said thank you instead of "them" saying thank you to me. I walked away confused and wondering if I should feel offended as he laughed out loud. I was trying to make sense of what was so funny. Didn't take me long to realize that it was extreme ignorance on their part. Highly unprofessional and definitely no class. This is hardly a nail spa. It felt like a pedi factory. Its not a place to relax so I won't be back.

I wanted natural looking lashes, not glued on. The first set Erica applied looked like caterpillars. She offered to try another set but while removing them, the solution that removes the glue got into my eyes. Keep in mind I wasn't asked about any allergies and no waiver was signed which were red flags. No gloves were used and no hands washed. The next set of lashes were heavy and the glue weighed them down. At this point I just wanted out and she had started working on another client. Not surprising my own lashes started falling out a few days later and my eyes remained red for a number of days. Shame on me for not asking and just trusting these would be a professional lash application. The "salon" is not cozy or inviting and the music was bizarre and irritating. Chalk it up to $125 wasted.

However, I DO NOT recommend buying gift cards there ever. I tried to use a gc I received for Mother's Day and it showed no tender... this is the 3rd time over the years this has happened. Gift cards are not out in the open to just grab. Staff has to get them, the amount is written on the display card and then activated with the amount (or not I guess). I have used gift cards there that worked fine, but it's about 50/50. Money is too hard to come by to risk it IMO. So patronize them for a good pedicure, but don't ever ask for a gift card from there.
