I wanted natural looking lashes, not glued on. The first set Erica applied looked like caterpillars. She offered to try another set but while removing them, the solution that removes the glue got into my eyes. Keep in mind I wasn't asked about any allergies and no waiver was signed which were red flags. No gloves were used and no hands washed. The next set of lashes were heavy and the glue weighed them down. At this point I just wanted out and she had started working on another client. Not surprising my own lashes started falling out a few days later and my eyes remained red for a number of days. Shame on me for not asking and just trusting these would be a professional lash application. The "salon" is not cozy or inviting and the music was bizarre and irritating. Chalk it up to $125 wasted.

I got there and it was super busy, but they sat me in a pedicure chair right away. I think a waited at least a half hour for someone to come over and start my pedicure. I thought Anthony did a really good job. From the time I got there until right before my pedicure, I was told about 3 times that they should be able to do what I wanted for a manicure. Then they said well that picture is the powder dip, but we can try gel. The man sat me down for my manicure and said he would go look for the color. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that.
