After expressing I had blue toes and French tip nails, he expressed that it went well together instead of offering a solution. And he stated I wasn't communicating about my French style when I didn't want that in the first place. As I finished up, I told him I wasn't satisfied with my service and only finished because I got started and wasn't communicated with properly. A day before my cruise, and I am very disappointed. Please make sure they explain realistically what they can and can't do before you put your money into their business. Doesn't communicate well. Good for quick, last-minute fixes. This place has a beautiful atmosphere and I've enjoyed my nail services over the years. The chairs are pretty, but aren't very comfortable if you're getting a pedicure. A few situations, including with an appointment on the day before my wedding, have made me question management's professionalism and customer service. I've purchased a few gift cards for family members over the years, but sadly I don't feel comfortable with gifting this experience anymore.
