5/5 Love my lashes I came in to see Annie for a 3 weeks fill and they look flawless. They look so natural you cant even tell they are falsies. I got the individual natural look with the D curl you can't even tell that they are even false lashes. They look full and natural. The fill took about an hour which is pretty quick! I have gotten my lashes done only in LA & I finally found my go to girl Annie to do my lashes from now on. Super satisfied with her work. She is super friendly and kind she made the time pass by quick. Honestly all the people at this nail shop are all so nice. Tips: - Be careful getting water on them wait 24 hours before getting them wet or they will start to fall out. - Also your natural lashes will fall out with the false lashes that is the one thing everyone should know beforehand. It will happen whether you like it or not lol! (So if you love false individual lashes you know the consequences WE LOVE THEM THOUGH) - Make sure to wash around the lashes or use a Q-Tip to clean around the eye lid. This will be a lot easier to clean off the makeup around the eye. - I highly recommend brushing the lashes out through out the day with the tiny brush she gives you. I was pleased with the services until the next day when the polish started to come off. I returned the next day and all was taken care of. Then a few days later the polish started to come off my manicure. I called to request a partial refund and the person on the phone was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone as if there are issues they are not kind or polite. A manicure and pedicure polish should last longer than 2 or 7 days. read more

1. There were gnats everywhere and you could tell something was wrong because they kept the door open. When I woke up today, my allergies were acting up and I felt sick. 2. They don't wear gloves during COVID and I would feel better if they wore them. 3. My nail tech was good with my feet, but most of my fingers are hurting because he was filing my skin WAY too hard and I am still in pain from that. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he charged me 45 dollars for what he didn't even give me. 4. It also took my tech 2 HOURS for just a simple design. Just a pink color and glitter polish on one nail. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. In conclusion, make a trip to another shop before going here. I've been coming to Happy Nails for over 8 years now. They've done multiple renovations over the years and always attempting to keep up with the recent trends. For example, gel, dip powder, individual lashes, etc. They are very busy on the weekends, coming early or set an appointment on the weekends. But, I would recommend that you come during the week. They close on Monday. read more

I stopped going to Happy Nails over a year ago bc they are more concerned about making money than they are quality. Honestly the only person in the shop that's great with everything is Annie and she's so busy, you will never get her. They REFUSE to let you soak during a pedicure. To me its the most important part of a relaxing pedicure. They will sit you at the bowl to have you thinking you are about to receive your service and 45 mins later, you're still sitting at an empty bowl. Don't even waste your time making an appt. I made an appt for my daughter and I a few weeks ago and we came early just for them to start on our pedicures an hour later. We were leaving town that day so I was going to cancel the manicure but they assured me we would be gone on time and they give my 6 yr old the SLOWEST tech in the building for a simple polish. And I ALWAYS manage to get this same slow tech everytime I come here. From now on I'm just going to pay the extra money and go to Posh. Nastiest Nail shop I have ever been to in my life. They will disregard what you ask for them to do and try to force what THEY want you to do with YOUR nails on you! Horrible customer service! I am a small business owner, I understand the hustle but RESPECT takes you further than money ever will, and can! I used to go here alot because some great people used to work here but not anymore!! Just left and highly disappointed. I'm sure I had a new tech. She did was extremely friendly but had no idea what she was doing. I wanted a deluxe pedicure, I didn't receive the hot stone treatment and she didn't even rub lotion/ oil on my feet. She then did my fill in, didn't shape them, applied several layers of polish and they were a think mess. After getting my eyebrows done, another tech offered to correct them (they do look so much better) but she ended up having to file so much and took the polish off the sides and tips. She also ended up wiping acetone on my face and chest to remove polish that splashed all over me. I also have polish on my new set of lashes that I had done somewhere else. I have been coming to happy nails For 5 months now- sadly for My 5th or 6th visit I can verify that only 1 nail tech is qualified. All the other do really rushed crap jobs :( I've had to come back 3 times within days to have them fix problems and one of their employees is very nasty and egotistical and said it was My fault and they should charge me when it was his fault bc he did my gel nails in under 20min and didn't even file my nails so they were all catching on my clothes. Too rude to forgive. Sadly you did not just lose me as a customer but My mom & 2 aunts as well. Don't come here unless you want rude treatment and rushed poorly done nails. read more

I get my nails done every two weeks at the same place. I was traveling for my job and I stopped at Happy Nails in Columbia for a fill in and a pedicure. This was by far the worst experience and nail job I've ever had. The workers were extremely loud when talking to each other and kind of rude. My fill in was uneven and the Polish was noticeably lumpy. I guess that's what happens when you spend 10 minutes on a fill-in & polish. I had to go to my usual place when I came home to get it fixed and they said they would fire someone for doing such a bad job. read more

I have been going here since April of this year. When I first started receiving service I got acrylic powder on my real nails and regular nail polish. nothing fancy and a pedicure, which is also nothing grand.That cost me $68. I was shocked because they don't do anything fancy! No one made conversation and when you told them that you wanted this and that done while they were doing your nails, they disregarded your request. I thought, well, maybe I need to initiate conversation and get to know them. They ended up relaxing a little and remembered me after a few visits. Then, I learned about gel nail polish and started getting that instead. Both on my hand and feet. A fill with gel polish, a pedicure with gel polish with chrome on top of my polish cost me $78. A full set with gel nail polish and chrome on top of the polish cost me $93. I have been doing this for months. I go in there last week and Duoc(Doug) charges me $110!!! Are you kidding me??? They are no where near great. They use the same tools on everyone, they just change the package, and I just found that out. I will never go there again. I told Duoc that I will show him how much they have been charging me for the last 5-6 months by showing him my bank statements. I even showed him what they charged me for the same thing and he argued that that was their prices. I have pictures of every single time he did my nails with a time stamp and a date stamp for when money was withdrawn from my account. That was wrong of Duoc(Doug) to do that to me. I met a young lady while we were out shopping and her nails were really nice. She said to go to happy nails and ask for doug. I paid for my fiance to get her nails and feet done with him. She told me how uncomfortable she was as soon as she sat down. There was a black woman whom had got services done and she was wearing a head wrap. Doug called her middle eastern and told her that Asians started the Headwraps trend. The woman got very upset and told Doug that she doesn't appreciate the racism and that she was not middle eastern she was Hebrew. He called her middle eastern once again as she was leaving and laughed about it. Then when he was almost done with my fiances feet, my stepdaughter tapped him on the shoulder and he loudly told her STOP THAT SHIT BEFORE I BEAT YOUR ASS!! What kind of customer service is this? I have heard many good things through family and friends about happy nails...I've always gon to bliss but since they were closed I decided to try happy nails...today I was dropped off be my mother I have always been told I don't look my age so they most likely assumed I was a child considering I am 16 years old I was getting my nails filled in with gel . The man was very friendly but seemed to for some reason CONSTANTLY check his phone after my nails were complete I didn't really like the color but I was satisfied with it but the shape and the way they were filed down were even my polish also wasn't fully applied there were gaps and I payed and saw them outside in the light I returned into the shop to address the issues and I was helped between costumers to re polish TWO of the nails without taking off the polish .I will not be returning and I fully recommend the nail spas right down Killian road if you are intrested read more

I'm home on leave from Fort Hood Texas, visiting family and stopped in to get a fill. The customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced. This has been the most disappointing nail shop I've visited during my travel over the last 18 years. I sat waiting on the nail technician in between getting my nails done. It's expected to wait before but not during the nail application. This establishment have very little respect for customer's time, comfort or experience. I would not recommend this place regardless if it was a by one get a new set free. Customers deserve respect when spending their money. I'm being very generous by giving them 1 star. I left with only the top coat and note that only 4 customers were in the shop so it wasn't that it was busy. Understand the lack of financial support demands respect. If you are not treated like you expect you should take your hard earn money else where. There are a multitude of nail shops that not only provide outstanding customer service but also demonstrate appreciation for the customer service by offering a cool refreshment be it wine, water or soda as well as fruit while you get you service. read more
