Clean and convenient mani/pedi 'spa' where you can walk in and be seen fairly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised the open sign was on and the shop was open 20 mins before the posted time. I came in without an appointment and there were 4 people working. I had to wait about 30 mins, which i was fine with as they set me up in a massage chair with a sea salt soak so it was extra time to relax. The lowest price pedi is $35, but I chose the $55 special which includes the sea salt soak. They have TONS of options. My skin is feeling dry this winter, so I went for the olive moisturizer soak. There are tons of color options and I'm pleased with the service. I get a manicure every 3 weeks and have a tech I go to downtown, but this location is great for my twice a year pedis. I went in for gel nails for hands and feet. Had some male who did an awful job on my fingernails. Didn't greet me- he was on the phone talking to someone. Didn't offer me a drink. Only said "Color" I chose a color he told someone to get it she got the wrong color and he started painting my nails saying "nice color" I said that's not the color I chose. He went and got the correct color. Finished my nails so fast they look like a 5 yr old did them. Very messy. So as I was heading back for my pedicure I saw a woman and asked her to do my feet. I asked her name and told her mine. The 3 stars are for Jessica- she did a phenomenal job on my feet- they were very rough! She knew the polish I chose was kind of opaque and suggested a base color which made a big difference!! I wish the guy who did my hands made the same suggestion instead of rushing doing my gel nails. Unfortunately I won't be going back after receiving poor service and paying premium charges- and yes I voiced my concerns while I was there and of course nothing changed. I even asked Jessica if she can make my fingers look better- I would have paid for it. She just filed where they were rough and got some of the polish off my fingers. read more

In town for vacation and thought it would be nice to take my wife and family for some mani's and pedi's. Sine there were 6 of us I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate! Was told sure be there at 1:00 it is now 3:40 and my 3 girls are still there while the rest of us went home! I received a text from one of them that she had been nick twice and then they had to redo the others nails. My oldest wasn't even started at this point! Making an appointment for us did no good!!! I will never go to this salon again! I went three times and was charged three different prices. Only one time was my pedicure acceptable: not good, but acceptable. The other two times it was horrible. After waiting quite a while, even with an appt., the employees rushed through the whole pedicure, which turned out looking as if a child did it...also, no soaking, no massage or base coat of polish. I heard this was the best salon in Chapin and decided to check it out. It's not. Everything looks DIRTY. There's a really strong smell as soon as you walk in that lingers. They have two large fish tanks that you can tell haven't been cleaned in a while that desperately need it. I sat and waited 15 minutes while my feet soaked and pruned until someone finally came over. The tools were placed in dirty plastic containers, I had to ask her to get a different set of tools from the autoclave. They weren't stored properly inside so I asked her to soak the tools in barbicide before she used any of them. It seemed to be a hassle for them. She barely removed any cuticle that needed to be trimmed and used tiny disposable callus sponges that was tossed right in the water after the first foot. They kept using towels to keep the floor dry and an older woman was walking around the salon barefoot. Overall the pedicure was not even subpar. Wouldn't recommend read more
