This was my second time visiting SN Nails since they opened and they may become my regular salon…read more They are nestled off of Lake Murray Blvd so it is a little hard to see them. I was shocked to find that they were empty on Valentine's Day! I was welcomed in and immediately began being serviced. They offer beverages like soda, water, wine, and mimosas. I went with the classic pedicure and enjoyed the service. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing, where I usually find nail salons to be a bit overstimulating. 10/10, would definitely return!

Do not go to this nail salon.. there are no words to express how I felt about this place. First let…read moreme start off by saying I've been here about 4 maybe 5 times and at first the service was great and my nails turned out perfect but the last few times they have completely messed my nails up. I went today and the service was completely awful. I wanted almost an hour to get my toes done and when it was time to get my nails I told the girl who was going my nails I wanted short ombré nails and I kept telling her over and over please cut it shorter and yet my nails are not at all what I wanted. (I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted). So in my opinion do not go here. Don't waste your money on it.

I asked for the sea salt pedicure, and my nail technician did an excellent job. She was thorough friendly and very fast. My only slight complaint was that there wasn't much communication before, or after she was done. I asked them if I needed to pick a color and they brought it over a bunch of color samples. I also told her which pedicure I wanted so that she didn't just assume that I wanted the most expensive one. Maybe this was something she was going to ask and I was just being impatient, but it just was unclear what the actual process was. When done, she just moved on to another customer and I had to figure out when it was time for me to pay and leave. Really good, and clean place and would be back, although I'm going to try a few places closer to home.

The salon itself and the rest of the staff are lovely. My first appointment was booked with George and first impressions: he is fabulous! Never have I ever gained so much knowledge from a haircut! I have curly hair with some recent challenges due to weight loss and he came highly recommended. He spent the time with me to educate me on my curls and what he thought was the best way to proceed to help me reach my hair goals. My curls are looking fantastic and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. Then Jolie starting screaming at the young lady behind the register "just give it to her, just give it to her, give her cash!! And the young lady said I can't. Then the young lady said was going to call the manager..All I wanted was a hair cut and to feel special for alittle bit instead I left in tears!! I have never been treated so horrible!! Lynn
