They Don't stand by their service. Charlie will make you feel like the one toenail that loses all its gel in a matter of weeks is your fault. First time that's ever happened. Gel just disappeared on my third toe. All other toes fine. One toe - gel disappeared. After paying $85 and tipping 25% for the deluxe service (hot stones and all), you will feel like a thief trying to steal from them when you ask for the service to be fixed. They will pull out bottles and try to match the one toe vs just fixing the set. Then when they don't match on the first try, they expect you to sit through another attempt. Man... no way. Why don't you want to keep your well-paying clients? Sorry, Charlie. Saving pennies won't bring you the big bucks. Cheap vibe and shaming is no fun for anybody. Why would I pay for that? I'm not sure what happened during this visit but I am very disappointed in the quality of what I received for $40. My manicure, in under 10 hours of having it, almost looks like puzzle pieces, because of the amount of cracks in the polish. I have never had this happen to me with regular polish in years of manicures. I am especially disappointed as the customer service was wonderful and I thought I was going to leave with a great experience. I don't have time to stop back in as I am leaving town now, but would appreciate a refund at the least for how poor quality this is. read more

I went in for a regular manicure. No dip or gel. He proceeded to "grind" my cuticles, gouging my nails. Then he applied so much polish that it never hardened leaving me to remove it later that day. Waste of money and destroyed my nails. read more

Came in for a pedicure and sat in the water for 45 mins before any came to me. this is the 2nd and last time I will come here. Not one person has come to see if I was going alright. if you at that business please let the clients know before put them in a tub a water and letting them sit for 45 mins. It cost me $50 for acrylic full set with gel push in an almond shape, which shouldn't be that much! But I do like my nails and I rarely get them done so I'm content nonetheless. Also the technician that I had was amazing. He answered all of my questions, fixed any mistakes to perfection, and was gentle since it was my first time getting fake nails before. Update: I got my nails taken off after three weeks and they left a indent on all of my fingers because they were so thick on nails. It took four times of soaking in acetone to get it all the way off. Right before I went on vacation to the beach I stopped by this nail salon to get a pedicure. I made an appointment for 12pm and showed up around 11.30 just to see if they could take me early. Sure enough they had me seated in a chair before 5 minutes had past by. The chairs themselves are amazing - I could sit in them for hours. The nail tech did a great job with my french tips and the pedicure. I was definitely relaxed the entire time and never felt awkward. Overall, for a pedicure and the additional cost for the french tips ended up costing me $35 (without tip). Based on the cleanliness and great staff I will definitely be coming back. read more

the setting was very nice and me and my friends went early today. the quality was great and i got my nails repainted because the salon that did my nails first didn't do it dark enough. before that i had looked at the price online which was sent by a friend, after i got my nails done which was supposed to be $15, i was overcharged alot for a change of polish and two small designs which turned out to be apparently $40. the woman who did my nails did good but i was overcharged for my french tip to be darker and two small designs and when i asked why so much the woman told me that polish change was $30 which makes no sense at all. read more

Can't complain about the job the young girl did with my pedicure & manicure, only complaint is the price...I went for the most expensive pedicure which includes a manicure with polish but I opted for gel polish as my nails can be weak. I was of course expecting to be charged more for this but was surprised they charged me for a full gel manicure on top of the full pedicure price, a grand total of $90. It wasn't the girls fault, she asked for clarification on what to charge me and the boss/owner shouted out 'full price, it's all about the money money' in a shop full of customers. I went here to get a pedicure with about 5 other women who were getting their nails done for a wedding. I realized that this place needed to be noted on Yelp so here it is. The special Pedicure with a rock massage is only $37 and is totally worth it. Coming from San Diego this price is good and the pedicure is even better. I enjoyed this nail location for about 1 year. I sent many people there. However, now they are so busy that the customer service has disappeared. The final straw for me was when I took a friend and they seated both of us separately at a table. No comment about how long we had to wait for a person to do our nails. After 30 minutes, someone started the foil to remove hers and then she was passed to 3 different people to get her dip nails completed. When someone finally came to me, the girl disappeared for 10 minutes and didn't tell me anything. Eventually, I realized she went to do someone's wax. She did it again and I was so infuriated that I began to finish my own nails. Never will I go back again. If your time isn't valuable to you and you can tolerate sub-par customer service, then this is the place for you. read more

I had an appointment and waited for 35 minutes to get my nails painted. Simply painted. The girl at the front was rude and seemed troubled by us coming in, and the girl who did my nails didn't say a word to me until I asked her if she was finished. That felt quite awkward sitting in dead silence. It's also uncomfortably cramped in there. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not going back. I have been going to Diana now for about 4 months and just love the attention to detail that she gives. I will not let anybody else do my nails. I went to this salon on more than one occasion however my last experience is what drove me to write this review. I entered the salon and told the staff what service I desired. They were busy, but told me I would be serviced ASAP. As I stood another set of customers entered, they were Caucasian, and they did the same thing I did. However, as soon as I looked up they immediately began to seat them. This isn't the first time I felt that my business was not 100% welcomed here and, DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CAUCASIANS ARE IN THE BUILDING, they barely speak. I think I even heard one older white female patron say, "well, I'm not getting up for her" and the staff did nothing about it. They looked as if though they'd were relieved that I walked out. It's 2016 and the color of money is green. I can't believe that as a US Service Member this is the kind of racism I experience, yet this is the country I defend. Guess I should have worn my uniform when I went for a pedicure. Maybe then they would have treated me like a human being instead of discriminating on me because of the color of my skin. #ignorance read more
