Have been going to have nails done there for almost ten years but won't be going back.. my pedicure was done well, but in the middle of my manicure, the proprietress starts yelling at her husband and he was arguing back..I understand Chinese and asked them to stop or else I wouldn't be leaving a tip but they wouldn't..just kept it up.. I don't need to listen to things like that while I'm trying to relax, and the fact they wouldn't stop arguing after I told them it was making me very uncomfortable was very distressing. . the manicure was incomplete, I still have rough areas in tge area next to my nails.. read more

Horrible experience. I requested a almond french tip, i was told this was $60 when checking out; so i tipped $6 because the service was okay. A few days later i see a charge for $76 from Amerinails, they tipped themselves 10 extra dollars. This was a horrible thing to do, I have no idea what made them think this was okay to do!! I have been coming to this establishment for over 20 years!! of course the owner has changed once but I liked the new owner so I stayed!!! in the last year I have noticed that they have been treating me VERY HORRIBL!!! Today was the "straw!!". I sat there for over one hour waiting on a pedicure. I watched as 5-6 people came in after me and immediately got serviced. Walked in for a mani/pedi, walked out with a bleeding thumb and a bandaid. I do not recommend! The lady cut my nail too short and made it bleed. Then she ripped the piece hanging on causing it to bleed more. The nails that she did cut on the other hand are all crooked. It was a terrible experience. Now to hope I don't get an infection from it. So much for my holiday nails! I left with jagged undone nails on my lunch break. read more

DO NOT GO HERE I got my nails done monday for my birthday and i had the go to the ER due to fungus growing in and under my nails, along with an antibiotic because they are all terribly infected. I went here around Mother's Day for a pedicure, paid for by my bf. He dropped me off while he was running in Publix to get things for dinner. I ordered the upgraded deluxe pedicure that included a 10 min massage. I will tell you, it was by far the absolute WORST pedicure I've ever had. The scrub they used on my feet and legs burned so bad it felt like it cut my legs open in a hundred places. When she trimmed my nails, she was so rough. My 10 min massage was a joke, more like 1 min, as the whole entire pedicure from soaking, scrub, trimming, massage and polish was 25 min long start to finish. It was the worst $35 I've spent and she handed me a coupon for $5 off next time...I left it on the counter. I was done with my pedicure before my bf was done shopping. He was disgusted that this was what I got for Mother's Day. Go elsewhere!!! read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went on a Sunday mid-morning for a pedicure thinking I'd miss the usual weekend crowd. As expected, there were just a few customers but several nail techs. I was immediately seated and waited about 5 minutes while my feet soaked. I believe her name was LeeLee (sp?) - she asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted, to which I responded the deluxe. I chose it simply because it mentioned an extended foot and leg massage. After very hurriedly clipping my nails and scrubbing my feet, she slapped on some oil and lightly rubbed it onto my calves and shins then left. I was sure that wasn't the massage because it literally took 30 seconds. She returned with hot towels and took them straight from the bag and wrapped the first leg. I had to rip it off because it was burning hot...then I had to tell her to open them to cool them off before wrapping them around my legs again. Those stayed on for about 2-3 minutes when she returned to polish my nails. I was blown away because the whole process was just minutes long. When I checked out, I told the owner that I did not get a deluxe and he didn't offer to reduce the price. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. Don't waste your money here. read more

I've never walked into a nail salon and felt so uncomfortable. Walked in to what seemed like a friendly staff. Picked out my color, sat down at Sam's station. He started doing his thing and didn't bother to ask how short I wanted my nails. I wasn't even paying attention due to the loud fighting going on between staff behind me. Screaming at each other about God knows what. When I finally looked my nails, they were beyond short and all different shapes. I let him finish the fill and got outta there ASAP! Between the crummy nail techs and the loud fighting, I'll never go back. I've been doing my nails for 5 years, and I know what size and shape works for my daily use. Don't sit there and huff and puff when I question you or ask for you to fix things. When I tried to pay just for the fill he sent me away, I gladly walked out. First off I want to say that the owners and staff are just the nicest people ever. They remember you and details of your life because they seem to actually care. They are happy, funny and delightful people. I always enjoy going there and really recommend getting your nails done here if you have sensitive nail beds and don't want some crazy person hurting your nails with the drill. The owner does mine and knows how bad the drill hurts me. He makes it a point to check in with me and make sure he is going super slow and easy with me. He always does my nails the right shape (almond) which apparently is difficult for most. read more

I walked in on a Saturday around 4:30PM with my brother and boyfriend. We all got pedicures and I got my toes painted and a gel manicure as well. They were able to help all 3 of us immediately. I had a man work on me. He did an okay job with my toes. He could've done better. Next I got a manicure and wanted regular polish but of course he convinced me into getting gel. I am working on growing my nails out to be healthy so I asked him not to scratch my nails before applying the polish but he did anyways. A couple of days later the polish started to lift up in some areas which was annoying because it would pull my hair whenever I wash and brush my hair. After a week the manicure completely peeled off. I paid $60 ($66 with tip) for this. I definitely should have saved my money. read more

I stopped into this business while on vacation. While it was a clean salon, and the staff polite and courteous, I was very unhappy with my gel manicure. I was distracted by chatting with the people in the salon, and did not notice until the next day that she completely forgot to file down my whole left hand. On top of that, the polish chipped two days later. I'm also not sure what she did to my left great toe, but the nail edges have become very painful in the last few days, I'm afraid it may be infected. Just moved here. Saw they were open on Sunday so we went. I asked if they have powder dip (which we already had on nails) SNS. She sits my daughter down and starts filing off her powder. We pick a color and I smell acrylic! I said i asked for powder. They proceed to tell me this is better..then charge my daughter $45 for the acrylic with no tips! I questioned it and they said it was gel color. I never asked for acrylic or gel. I felt taken of advantaged of. Very deceptive. Will not recommend or go back. $45 was a RIP OFF read more

I was really disappointed with my experience here. Went in a for a pedicure and selected a premium pedicure in order to get pampered with a massage and the other services they "offered". The pedicure lasted barely 15 minutes. The massage lasted about 30 seconds yet I paid extra for it. We were rushed out- I regret paying for this and should have chosen the classic. Prefacing this by stating that I just waked in without an appt. I visited this salon for the first time today for a fill and to repair two acrylics that had popped off. I had read the reviews here before going. I was greeted at the door by a woman I assume is the owner. She checked me in and had me choose a gel polish. (I had requested to continue with gel.) She then sat me down and started to remove the old gel and then called over an older gentleman to complete the job. Both of them were very cordial. They asked if I wanted a bottle of water and then showed me some photos of the woman's sons on her phone. It was a friendly gesture. Then I was assigned a nail tech who introduced himself as Sam. I explained about the nails popping off, and he gave me some reasons as to why it may have happened, then he reassured me he would fix the issue. Fast forward, I left the salon in about an hour with a fresh, pretty light pink gel manicure that looks natural! He made sure the nails are not too thick, and the shape looks good. I plan to return to this salon as long as the customer service is the way it was today, and as long as I am this happy with my nails! Recommend! read more
