We booked the larger party option for 16-35 kids and when the date was approaching and we thought we may end up with a few more than expected, they were flexible and communicative about our options. Come game time, it turned out we didn't exceed the limit so the team remained flexible and delivered the original plan with ease. Set up and break down was insanely fast. They kept the birthday girl completely engaged and loving every minute of the program. They made her feel like the star of the show while keeping her guests engaged as well. When some kids got a little squirrely, they were gracious and patient and kept the program rolling. We throughly enjoyed the fun, different element that Zovargo brought to our party. I have found the staff helpful, kind, and on top of kids who are misbehaving. Having a kid who is under two, we play in the baby area (3 and under) a lot. I don't know why it draws in older kids like it does. Maybe because they're not allowed, they feel the need to go? Anyways, I don't have problems if there's older kids in with their younger siblings and they're being calm and just helping the younger kids. But when kids come barreling in, jumping throwing things, yelling...nope. It's a baby area, and I have no issue telling kids to leave. The staff is usually good at keeping an eye on that area as well. They regularly are out and about wiping the structure and play areas down. I'm not sure how they sanitize the ball pit balls, but I hope they do! There's clearly signs that say only homemade food so I'm not sure why people complain about that like it's not posted. There's also signs up saying to wear shoes in the bathrooms...I don't know why you wouldn't You do have to buy socks if you don't bring your own, so remember that! But they don't care what kind of socks (the Playground requires you wear only Playground socks) Is also recommend checking the calendar on their website before going! Sometimes they have private parties and will be closed to the general public. I've made the mistake a couple times of just driving over and getting there and it's closed. Oops! Their cafe area is good and the food is pretty yummy. I always bring snacks for myself and my daughter though so we don't have to pay for extra things if I don't want to. I haven't had any issues with any of the staff, though I've never interacted with the manager. The staff that is usually there is all great and very helpful! If you're not combative or rude, they're not either. The biggest problem I've run into is that parents or caregivers will park it somewhere and sit on their phones or computers and not pay attention to their kids at all. So you do get wild, out of control, and mean kids sometimes. If you have littles who want to climb the big structure, I'd always go with them to make sure they're not getting pummeled. Overall, we love this place and got a membership so we can come whenever!!

They were on time & were quick to set up. We had our own canopy & turf area so they did not charge extra for that. There was a travel expense for being out of their area. They brought six bunnies and rotated the children so everyone could get a turn petting them. The birthday girl got to stay in the bunny pin the whole time. The bunnies were well taken care of and were so soft and sweet! My kiddo loved spending time with the bunnies and she loved that she got to swaddle two of them. Then the party room was simple, but served its purpose really well. Our party hostess, Karrina, was really great with the kids and made sure the party kept moving along. I think what I liked the best about the experience for the party, was that our hostess walked the kids around to the rides and through the arcade so they could familiarize themselves with the layout of the Boardwalk. As I was talking with the adults, we were discussing competitors like Bowlero and Lucky Strike and how unreasonably priced it is for a family of four now a days. Just the arcades there are so expensive! Here, the kids were able to make their tokens last for hours and walked away with some fun prizes too. I hope the prices never get ridiculously high here.
