Came to the Sportsplex on a rainy weekday evening to support my friend in his soccer game. Plenty of parking. Large, clean, spacious grounds. $3.25 admission with a variety of payment forms accepted. Includes a token worth $3 off any drink at concessions (but not food). Despite the weather, was a great experience. Would return to watch and may even play here someday.

15 min cheese fries

15 minutes for cheese fry's and comes with a burnt piece of chicken? Leo L never called the order but called everyone else's so it sat on the counter until we walked over to get it

3/18/23- it's 6:45pm and here for a friends indoor soccer. Hold on here, $5 per adult to get in including the coaches! Really! Under 18 are free. They give you a fake silver token as a credit for whatever to buy in the cafeteria. You can't grab anything in there with the token. Also, can't bring external food in. 2 stars deducted for the $5 fee per adult. 3 stars for what they have inside. Clean and plenty of seats for softball, baseball or indoor soccer. See the photos

GREEDY! Can not bring water and snacks inside (they check your bags and purse) so you're forced to eat their shitty, over priced food.

I have some work in El Cajon that's going to take a few months and I live in North County so don't want to be driving down everyday. I stopped at the gate and was greeted by Debbie who gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. If they have other people like her on staff everyone staying there I'm sure is happy and taken care of. When I drove around I was stunned at how clean and well kept eveything was. It was also beautiful. All the ponds for fishing and areas to relax. Looking forward to a stay here. Will update review later.

I visited their office in person last Tuesday to verify my 1991 Ford Econoline Jamboree RV would be accepted at this RV park, and they said absolutely yes. Then yesterday after speaking to Janice, apparently my RV is now no longer accepted at this RV park. I ran the website, policies, protocols and procedures through my ChatGPT and he verified that my RV is within the allowable ranges. After repeating myself twice to Janice MY RV IS NOT A RETROFITTED VAN and correcting her, she ignored me completely. Then doubled down and said "absolutely not, we do not accept Vans 14 years or older". Well that's funny JANICE because those words are NOWHERE to be found IN YOUR OWN RV PARK RULES dated 2026. And to think I was going to stay a month! Not a smart move at all Janice.

Let me be honest--I get bored easily when it comes to exercising. Dealing with my weight has been a…read morelong-running battle, but one thing I can say is that I keep showing up! I love to eat, and honestly, I don't see that changing anytime soon. So instead of thinking about fitness as some temporary "weight-loss journey," I've started looking at it differently: I'm prioritizing my strength, endurance, and overall ability to take care of my body. And that mindset is exactly why I LOVE the YMCA! One of my favorite things about the YMCA is that I can visit different locations depending on where I am before or after work. That keeps my workouts from feeling repetitive. Walking into a different YMCA almost feels like going to a brand-new gym, and sometimes that little change of scenery is exactly what I need to stay motivated. I love the value you get for the price, and for the most part, the staff and service have been pleasant and welcoming. I've been to one location where I didn't feel quite as welcomed, but honestly, that's the beauty of having choices--you can find another location that works better for you. I also love the atmosphere. There are people of all ages working toward their own health and fitness goals, and there's something motivating about being surrounded by a community of people who are simply trying to become stronger and healthier. No matter your age, you're welcome here. The Cameron Family YMCA in Santee is also a great option for families, especially with the aquatic facilities. There's something for everyone, whether you're swimming, doing cardio, taking a class, or hitting the weights. And speaking of weights... I'm a weight-head! You'll probably find me on the leg press or somewhere doing strength training most of the time. Whether I'm working out with someone I know or getting my workout in by myself, I always leave feeling like I did something good for ME. That's what I appreciate most about the YMCA. It doesn't have to feel like, "Oh gosh...not another gym day!" Sometimes it can actually feel like treating yourself. If you're in the San Diego area and looking for a gym that offers variety, community, different locations, family-friendly options, and a good value for your money, check out a YMCA location near you. You can thank me later as this is my favorite location.

Every time we arrive for lessons, the instructors are organized, start class on time, and are always warm, patient, and welcoming with the children. Our favorite swim instructors are Kaitlyn and Caitlin. They consistently go above and beyond, coming up with creative new ways to keep the kids engaged and excited during their private swim lessons. Their enthusiasm, patience, and dedication really shine through, and it has made such a positive difference in our children's confidence and progress in the water. We truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this swim program to anyone looking for caring, knowledgeable instructors!

The birds can be a bit annoying, but guess that comes with the great outdoors. Definitely a nice spot to chill, take a walk and get those steps in. This area feels safe and well maintained. When I went, there weren't too many people, so it was pretty peaceful. The trail can get busy and there are bathrooms along the way (I didn't use them though) There's plenty of parking here, but just be sure you leave on time for closing. I've heard they lock up and it can be an issue with getting out. (not sure how true this is but I won't chance it) There is more parking elsewhere with trail access too, I just personally haven't found it.

It has some parking right next to the dog park, although it can get a little packed. They have a very nice double-gated entry area with separate Gates into the small and large dog park. There is a nice water fountain right in the entry area although there are none in the dog parks? They do have a few bone benches underneath a shade structure? It wouldn't provide much shade at noon time. There are poop bag dispensers all around the fence line and there are trash cans. They have some creative agility items as it is a bunch of stumps placed next to each other. The small dog park has a lot of grass and the big dog park is mostly dirt except around the edges.
