First: he treats everyone who comes in the place with a tone of respect and i have been there a number of time and every type of character comes in and he always treats them really nice. every body. Now about his services and his inventory. He has it! He has the best and most extensive collection sweet vintage turntables (Pioneer, Thorens, Akia)... I have never seen so many high quality receivers and amps in one place in my life. He has every Marantz known to man. All of them. Just peek around the corner on the right side and you will be shocked. Marantz's 2230, 2270, 2215.... He has Sansuis, and all the classic pioneers. Speakers are all top quality vintage products. Dynaco, Advent, Marantz, Fisher, .....it is there! bookshelf small large you need it he has it. From my experience Rick is is also honest. He is honest to a fault. i brought in a Marantz that had bought and the right channel was dead. Rick opened it up showed me where it was damaged and told me strength up that it is really not worth fixing because the cost of labor and parts were going to be high. He could have easly gouged me and fixed. other similar stores in Lakewood will not do that. They will take it in then call you with a bill of 300 bucks on repairs and recapping that may have not been necessary. I decided to take on the fix the Marantz myself. Rick totally supported me sould me a few needed caps and resistors and suggested how i should do it. He did not have to do that and he did not get upset about it. He actually went on about how cool it was that i fixed it. That would never fly at Play it again SAM. NEVER! Give the store and Rick a chance, he is honest, likes to converse about music, radios... listen if you are trying to get cool, vintage, hi-quality audio he has it and he stands buy his work. Ignore the clutter (which actually make s the place cooler) and give Rick a chance. He is a great guy and has great things. Do yourself a favor and stop in and talk to him. He is really cool and interesting. Dont forget if your in the market to get good equipment don't worry about the look of the place. I keep going back and am turning my friends on to them. Lastly, go in to buy something! It is not a great place to just window shop. Have a plan go in and he can hook you up with something great sounding, that looks great.

Inside, on either side of the 18" wide path down the center of the store, you will find mountains of electronics detritus, stacked in some cases more than 10 feet high. Need a 10-year old non-functional ATM machine? This is your place. How about a stack of 6 old stereo receivers? An Atari 2600 in several pieces? All here. A quick tip: There is not room for two people to pass each other within the store's lone aisle. In places, you may have to turn sideways to fit down the aisle. Be prepared to exit the store walking backwards, since it is impossible to turn around in certain spots. I wasn't sure whether to give this place 5-stars, as a curiosity (like an anti-gravity house, for example), or 1-star as an actual operating enterprise. I went with one star in the interest of giving competent advice, and because the place is in fact a fire hazard. Nonetheless, I encourage everyone reading this review to pay RAM Electronics a visit. When I returned to the shop to get my refund, I brought the laptop. The owner, the day before, had had me try to log in after offering me the refund, but I had forgotten my password and needed to try at home. However, knowing I had to download over 200GB of files from OneDrive myself, I spent 45 minutes trying to log into Microsoft across my phone and three PCs, but could not. Tech A was cool toward my presence but listened and helped me get logged in. While the refund was processing, I opened the OneDrive box and noted out loud that it was asking to upload, but I needed to download. That is when Tech B snapped at me, saying, "YOU don't get that." He meant that because I was getting a refund, he wouldn't help me. I pointed out that even for the full fee, the shop had originally sent me home with zero instructions on how to log in or download my files. Up until Tech B's words, I was going to move on. As a senior citizen, that petty comment and his angry, dismissive attitude are what I will remember about this business. A sincere apology from the owner and the technician would make this right, but so far, they have chosen not to take that path. UPDATE: I formally notified the owner via email about this incident, and he chose not to respond or address his staff's behavior apparently. I took both of my computers to Ram Online in Brunswick, where they treated me with total respect and started the OneDrive download for free in under a minute.

Few aisles inside are obstructed (by the cleaning supplies) and are being improved. The bathrooms inside are not fully functional. Family restrooms inside are open. There are several portable toilets outside. Starbucks is mostly out of order - no ice, and no food. Several areas of the store are covered in tarp. Just be aware of not the full Target experience as you're used to it. The store is still pretty well stocked. There are a lot of new fashions for women - cute summer dresses and pants. Swimsuits and beach attire is already out. You can also find a new Pride line. I was surprised to find last year's fashions in store. There was a dress on a rack that I bought last year, and a few other pieces. I was very happy with all the clothing sales. I purchased a very vibrant "Brasil" summer shirt for $7.50! If you're looking for summer tees, check this Target. I also purchased "Papaya" sweater for $28, and a few household necessities. Also of note, Target now carries Krispy Kreme donuts in boxes! I didn't know that's an option but it apparently is. Even in the late afternoon there were a lot of donuts left! Service at the store is pretty attentive. I was able to get quick help when I couldn't find contact lens solution. All the employees I encountered were very pleasant. Overall, if you can overlook the construction, it's not a bad shopping experience. There's large inventory here and better than average customer service.

I visited Cleveland Fingerprinting for the first time on Monday, 5 June 2023 for fingerprinting…read moreservices. Whether you need your fingerprints done for a job (background check) or another reason, you can get it done at Cleveland Fingerprinting. I made my appointment online the day before and I received a phone call about 30 minutes later from the owner Janice who requested that I complete some preliminary paperwork and then email the paperwork back to her. APPOINTMENT PROCESS -- My appointment for one fingerprint card went well. It cost about $65. The whole process took approximately an hour and 45 minutes (which was long) because she did a practice fingerprint card for both my hands. While we did chat for a bit, we were chatting while I was being fingerprinted so the amount of time that I was there was still very long. After the practice session, I did my actual fingerprints on both my hands. She held my fingers as I pressed down unto the fingerprint card but sometimes she held my fingers too tight and it hurt me but I did speak out so it was fine in the end. The website mentions that the appointment for 1 fingerprint card should only take an hour (and in my opinion, it can actually be less than hour but everyone does things differently. I forgot that I actually needed 2 fingerprint cards so I came back 2 or 3 hours later to get another fingerprint card done. The 2nd time around, I was only there for about 35 minutes so this means that doing the full 10-finger practice fingerprint card takes time. For the future, I suggest to the owner to just do a practice run on about 2-3 fingers instead of all 10 fingers because otherwise, the client (me in this case) will be waiting for a long time to finish the appointment. Janice prides herself in being very precise in her work and while I haven't gotten the results back from my fingerprint yet (meaning - whether my prints were accepted or rejected), I'm sure the company I submitted them to will accept my prints. She works very thoroughly. EDIT -- My fingerprinting results came back and they were approved. I recommend Cleveland Fingerprinting for all your fingerprinting needs. Support this local black-owned business. Worst experience ever!…read more I made an appointment on line and had emailed Janice Gibbs to reschedule because something came up with work. She said she would "allow" me to change it this time, but she doesn't normally allow it. She then sent me an email saying, "Due to your inability to keep your scheduled appointment. I will issue a one-time-only raincheck (WHICH WAS FALSE). So, please choose your next appointment day and time wisely. As a reminder, there are no refunds if you decide to not receive Cleveland Fingerprinting services." I went online to change the appointment and it said the date/time I wanted was unavailable. After numerous emails back and forth, I had to still go to the appointment because if not, she was going to charge me. She was very uncooperative and also proceeded to charge me twice! I would suggest NOT to use this company! BEWARE!!
