The guys were all incredibly professional, and the craftsmanship is excellent and a great value. So I asked are you not honoring our contract? He then said he wanted to come out and discuss in person. We set a day and time 8am. I waited and he didn't show, so I thought. At 7:57 he had texted me that I stiffed him and the contract was null and void. I asked him if he knocked, as I was home, car in driveway and everything. He still refused the work. I was so disappointed at the treatment from his company. Why would you send out someone to give an estimate that was apparently not qualified to do so. I would rate a zero if it was available. Project completed in early spring and by December of 1st winter it was chipping, pitting and falling apart. This damage has gotten worse and goes all the way up and down the driveway. They did not level the work area (you can see it) and the apron was done very poorly as well. DO NOT HIRE. This is a family company and they are a disgrace through and through. I trusted this company they should be ashamed of this. They said concrete cannot be guaranteed. I say BS. A friend on another street had them do his driveway 15 years ago, and it looks brand new. Maybe it was COVID but the concrete was cheap. They could at least fix it.

He had to takeoff shingles, tack, up shingles, go into the attic, take pictures, etc. The on-site supervisor, James, did everything he could to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. His team of roofers were very hard-working, respectful, and efficient. One member worked constantly to remove any nails that might be in the landscaping or driveway. When they were all done, they even washed our deck. When the work was done, Mike, the project manager and his assistant, TK, came out to document the work with a drone and called back the roofers to correct a minor issues that they saw before indicating the job was completed to their satisfaction. Our roof is a very challenging roof as it is very steep with several skylights. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that JBL completed for us.

I was told that unless I wanted a new roof, the company was too busy to inspect our roof for storm damage - even though roof inspection and repair is the main claim on the company website landing page and I was a past customer. I wasn't in a hurry. JBL could inspect the roof at any time that was convenient for them. Our entire community has been hit hard with roof damage and many homes in the development have had their roofs replaced because of storm damage. I no longer trust JBL to be there when I need them. I do not recommend them.
