After sending a technician out twice, Stewart's decided to send me an even better dishwasher rather than wait for Bosch to try to repair it again. I love my new dishwasher and am very grateful for Stewart's making the situation right! I also bought a washer and dryer from Stewart's and love the appliances! Pam made the sale easy, the delivery was seamless and the products are perfect! I will be back for a refrigerator soon! They use answering services and free-lance technicians. I have had no working refrigerator for 7 weeks now. They demand money up front so you feel forced to put up with their incompetence. The first tech came to repair my fridge. It was not cooling properly. After a few minutes, I could smell melting plastic. He ran outside and paced back and forth as he was on the phone with someone. He claimed he melted something that wasn't important, at this point the refrigerator wouldn't even turn on. The next tech, replaced the plug (my boyfriend tested the one he removed and nothing was wrong with it). The third tech was good. He didn't understand why the plug was replaced, and ordered more part (3rd part order). He was scheduled to come out last Friday. Took the day off work and a no show, and no one called. I called them twice asking for a status and I just received there answering service and not return call. So they called on Monday, stating they called me 2 times! Totally not true! This company lies! When I questioned him about the 2 times, he changed his story and told me he called once. The third tech warned me that they will lie so people don't get upset. Well I am upset. The 4th tech is scheduled to come out tomorrow. I am not very hopeful that my issues will be resolved.

Since I had no answer and no response to messages, I went in on a Sunday to speak to someone about a refund. I was refused a refund for the appliance I didn't not receive. The employee I was talking to was yelling screaming in anger about the washer not being sent. I felt uncomfortable. She then comes in while speaking to the owner and screams at him telling him he knew and she was going to deliver it herself the next morning or she would give me the refund. We planned for 8am 6/10. To no avail she didn't show. I had to go to work and I told her I wanted the refund. We've wasted 3 days and I was unhappy with the service. She called and left me a nasty voicemail saying that she didn't know why I was being nasty because I rated them 1star on FB and explained (in short) what happened. So she then proceeded to tell me it's not her fault I'm not home and they were going to drop the washer on my property. She said "You're so desperate to get ur washer I'll just drop it off" even though I had asked for a refund 3 times! It was on my porch when I got home. And guess what? We took it down and set it up and it doesn't even work. It's flashing an error message and I'm now getting threated and telling me that karma is a bit*h. Worst experience EVER. Also another customer reached out to me after seeing my review who was going through the same thing! Her boyfriend had to put a stop on his card from his bank because they received a broken washer and delt with trying to get it fixed for 10 days! 10 days of excuse after excuse as to why they were no shows after scheduling appointments to fix the washer. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THR HASSLE.
