I ended up paying $209 for something I could have done myself at no cost. I would have been happy to pay a service fee, such as $89, plus the cost of a replacement part if one had actually been needed, but the pricing felt unreasonable given the work performed. I'm glad the dishwasher is working again, but based on the cost and warranty, I wouldn't recommend this service.
