After sending a technician out twice, Stewart's decided to send me an even better dishwasher rather than wait for Bosch to try to repair it again. I love my new dishwasher and am very grateful for Stewart's making the situation right! I also bought a washer and dryer from Stewart's and love the appliances! Pam made the sale easy, the delivery was seamless and the products are perfect! I will be back for a refrigerator soon! There is just something special about working with a family owned appliance store over the big box stores!

Finally, a water leak was the final straw and we headed up to Stewart's on Cleveland Street to look for a new one. We found the right size, style and and features in a beautiful black Maytag French door model. We were assisted by Brody who was extremely knowledgeable about the features of each refrigerator we looked at. No pressure, just help! We wrote up the order and delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. The following Thursday, however, our nearly 25 year old washing machine broke down. Upon weighing the cost as well as the advantages/disadvantages of repairing an old washer, we decided to buy. Limited by the size in the depth of the machine we shopped on-line, taking print outs of some that seemed to work out for our needs and headed to the store on Friday morning. As with our first visit to the store, the salesman, Tom, helped us find the size we needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the washing machine. As we wrote up the sale, he was able to get the washer on the same truck as the refrigerator and we got both appliances the very next morning. About delivery; it was fantastic. The two men were efficient, friendly and also knowledgeable about the two appliances, going over everything with us to answer any questions we might have. I love my two new appliances that work they way they should and the great care of everyone at Stewart's! I just can't say enough about our good neighbor and independent, family owned business of 79 years.

Since I had no answer and no response to messages, I went in on a Sunday to speak to someone about a refund. I was refused a refund for the appliance I didn't not receive. The employee I was talking to was yelling screaming in anger about the washer not being sent. I felt uncomfortable. She then comes in while speaking to the owner and screams at him telling him he knew and she was going to deliver it herself the next morning or she would give me the refund. We planned for 8am 6/10. To no avail she didn't show. I had to go to work and I told her I wanted the refund. We've wasted 3 days and I was unhappy with the service. She called and left me a nasty voicemail saying that she didn't know why I was being nasty because I rated them 1star on FB and explained (in short) what happened. So she then proceeded to tell me it's not her fault I'm not home and they were going to drop the washer on my property. She said "You're so desperate to get ur washer I'll just drop it off" even though I had asked for a refund 3 times! It was on my porch when I got home. And guess what? We took it down and set it up and it doesn't even work. It's flashing an error message and I'm now getting threated and telling me that karma is a bit*h. Worst experience EVER. Also another customer reached out to me after seeing my review who was going through the same thing! Her boyfriend had to put a stop on his card from his bank because they received a broken washer and delt with trying to get it fixed for 10 days! 10 days of excuse after excuse as to why they were no shows after scheduling appointments to fix the washer. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THR HASSLE.

The first thing charged me the wrong price for the that I got and when I got it, it wasn't even the correct piece of furniture. They never tried to make it right, I even contacted the owner and the owner never even made it right. I explained to him what happened when I went. He goes well. The salesman's are not allowed to change the price. The price is what it is. Well, that's not what they promise. I didn't realize that I was supposed to record what they actually said. And if he would've went and watched the cameras that day and to the footage because I was the only one in that store that day at that time and he would've saw it he would've saw which one we picked out I was pressured to sign the paper the that was delivered that day. The recliner was right, but the price for the recliner was even wrong. Me and my fiancé went together that day I will never ever go back to that place again or even suggest anyone going there. They hustled us and got away with it. The owner is a worthless piece of crap and the bad part of all this together they blocked on Facebook because I gave them a bad review. That's why there is no bad reviews of the company because they block anybody that leaves a bad review. So be careful double check your paperwork before you even leave the store, but I don't suggest it going there nor will I ever even refer them to anyone. I really feel like we got an advantage because I'm disabled, and sadly to say also because my fiancé was older. And even the most worst part of it, he's a veteran.
