Went In. To the store to purchase some cds. I was looking for sister act 1 and 2. Just wanted something g spiritual and funky. Good mix. Lauren Hills voice is awesome I enter the store and I am immediately greeted by the staff. I'm feeling the vinyl record store vibe. Than I found my cds and went to the front and before I can say can you help. This kind gentleman looks up from what he was doing and asked if I needed help. I said yes and he asked for some one to assist me. Went back to the front paid and left. Storing my exchange purchase in my saddle bags and about to head out. When another employee from the exchange was walking into work. He had the coolest doc martens on. Only a youthful person can pull off that look and he wore it well. From one boot love to another. Unfortunately, I went on Joe, the owner's off day, so I didn't get a chance to say hi to him, but his staff is always warm and friendly. I dig the amount of Star Wars memorabilia he has, along with all the other toys, collectible card games, tabletop games, and of course, the pinball machines. He also has new Comics weekly along with some back issues, stickers, supplies, and some really great statues. They run Magic the Gathering nights and other gaming functions please jump on their Facebook page to see their schedule. If you're looking for collectible card games singles, they also have probably one of the largest supplies in Northeast Ohio. Check out the 55 pictures I shot. Anytime I shoot 55 pictures tells me that there's so much goodness in there that I can't make up my mind which pictures to shoot. We appreciate the support that they've given us over years. They clean up what they sell and make sure it's in working condition before they put it on their shelves. That's huge. I really hate picking up a used game or system and having to spend hours cleaning it because it's way too disgusting to touch until I do. They also guarantee their previously-owned games. I know this because I stopped in last week to buy their Crash Bandicoot PS1 game. It was $30 (yikes) but the guy explained why and also mentioned the guarantee. When I brought it home to play I noticed it kept freezing in the same spot. It must have been a flaw in the resurfacing process. Either way, they took it back and gave me a full refund, since it was something wrong with the game. They do have a restocking fee if you return something that isn't faulty, just FYI. Having had to return a dirty system (in better condition than when we bought it) to another local place down the street because it was faulty and only being offered store credit--I can tell you I really appreciate the refund. I would definitely come back and buy more used games from The Exchange. Oh, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I stopped in to Games Workshop today during my lunch break because I was unaware of what was…read moreinside. A few weeks ago I noticed this store next to Chipotle. However, they're closed on Monday and Tuesday. I was going to stop in very quickly and then grab Chipotle next door. I ended up spending my entire lunch break here. Bill was the Games Workshop employee who assisted me. He showed me the products and gave me a basic run-down of how the game is played. He was extremely friendly and inviting. Bill also showed me the inside of the kits you can purchase as well as some painting techniques that he uses to get his models painted just right. I was surprised how amazing you can get some plastic models to look once you know the proper painting techniques. I am far from an expert (I have never build small models like this) but I can assure you that Bill knows his stuff. Just take a look at the models in the store that he has painted!! Bill also took the time to play a short round with me so that I could get a better feel for how the game plays. This store also has battle areas so you can setup games with friends, family, or random people. They have regular 'play times' as well as some days set aside specifically for newbies like myself. While I did not pick up a kit today, if I do decide to do so, I will be glad to purchase one from Bill.
