Probably the worst customer service I've ever had... don't order on their website! Apparently they don't look at those take out orders AND their pricing on the website is incorrect. I got an email confirmation for my order, came to pick it up, the woman said she didn't see the order. Then I told her she should atleast grant me the pricing that is listed.. she said "no. you take menu." I was trying to be very nice but she wouldn't listen and just would walk away or help the others instead. I work in the customer service industry and i never leave reviews.. well this clearly was bad enough to where I felt the desire to leave one. We have ordered from here before and it's good food, but tonight was outstanding. The crab rangoon and the fried wontons were crispy but chewable (some place's wontons are hard as rocks), the chicken fried rice has good-size pieces of chicken and the beef and broccoli was delicious! My husband and I ordered from here on a whim. Often times we don't eat Chinese food (we prefer Thai), but this place was close by. He ordered a Szechuan beef combo, that came with fried rice and egg roll. I ordered a chicken wing combo (which included the same). When we got home and started eating, he had a disgusted look on his face and told me the food tasted old. The rice didn't taste fresh and we were both disappointed. He threw the rest of his food out. If I could give less than no stars I would. When we first tried the food, it was ok for if you didn't feel like driving away from the area. The third time, I called and placed an order, when I got home we realized they gave us the wrong food. I was very upset because after calling them, the associate explained if I bring the food back she would give me two free egg rolls. Really?? Two free egg rolls, on an order you messed up! And the food had mushrooms in it of which I'm allergic!!! I explained she needed to pick the food up and bring me what I had paid for.
