The food quality here varies greatly from dish to dish and visit to visit; very inconsistent. The first time I ordered the sesame chicken, it didn't taste good and there was too much of breading compared to the amount of chicken. However, another time when I ordered General Tso's, the chicken breading was the right amount and not too hard/crisp and the dish tasted good. The fried rice quality varies from average to pretty bland. Egg rolls are sometimes overcooked. Dumplings are mediocre but edible (the dough is a bit thick). Ordered here for the first time on Sunday and it was great! I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix with white rice and wonton soup. Everything was delicious and I love that my order was more than just a few pieces of shrimp and more than a few wontons in the soup. This is our go to place for Chinese food. It's usually pretty good but this past Sunday everything tasted different and was exponentially better. It was good before but great the last time. We got the family dinner #4 which came with 2 egg rolls, sesame chicken, beef with broccoli, crab Rangoon, chicken lo mein and large pork fried rice for 24 bucks. Great deal and got some free crab Rangoon also. Delivery however, took forever. It took about 1.5 hours which is insane so I took off a star. read more

DONT EAT HERE!!! The most DISGUSTING Chinese food I have ever had in my life! My husband and I came here last Saturday (February 15, 2014) and ordered take out. We Ordered the special for $18.95 that included chicken fried rice, chicken & brocolli, chicken lomein, sweet & sour chicken with egg rolls and added a side of chicken wings. We thought we were getting a GREAT deal but man oh man were we WRONF!! Where do I start?? The chicken wings were the WORST! No seasoning, and no crisp! The first and last bite tasted like spoiled/raw chicken. All the entrees listed above came with NO RICE, and the chicken with each was EXTREMELY questionable! The chicken in each dish was round shaped, with a black and brown color and texture of a slug (slimy and rubbery). The lomein noodles were thick and flavorless just like the fried rice. All of the food had a peculiar/extremely unpleasant taste! There were children running around playing near the cooks and the hot stoves and the chairs up front were the filthiest seats I have ever seen in a food establishment! This place oughta be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! Yuck, Yuck, Yuck!! Reminiscing about my experience makes me want to regurgitate! I'm calling the department of health ASAP!! I originally decided to try Feng's while my family was stationed at MCB Quantico. They left a menu in my mailbox and one day Chinese food sounded good. The first few times, I phoned in my order and had the food delivered. They gave large portions and the kids and I enjoyed the food so I kept ordering. One day, my oldest and I were out shopping and got hungry. We drove by the actual dine-in restaurant and decided to stop since we already knew that we liked the food. As soon as we stepped in the door, I knew I would never order from them again. The place was FILTHY. It looked completely run down and I shudder to think of what I would have discovered had I actually been able to look back in their kitchen area. There was a really small (and dirty) buffet set up with food that looked like it had been there for a while. We didn't even end up staying and I was so disgusting to think about how many times we had eaten food there prior to that day. When I use to work in the area, I'd come to Fengs Garden sometimes. The one dish I'd order is the General Tsos chicken which is really good compared to Fu Sheng restaurant nearby. I just wish they really clean the tables and renovate the restaurant since it looks so dirty and run down. read more

I ordered the szechuan chicken, beef and peas, and some won tons... I called them back and they told me that I need the receipt and that it would be 40 min..... First off, you didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't check to see if they placed the order wrong and secondly you're only 10-15 Min's up the street from me so the fact that it too 2 hours to get to me in the first place was a complete turn off!!!! And to top it off you when I told you that I didn't receive a receipt you told me that because I don't have my receipt you can't verify anything especially because I paid in cash..... so......
