My bagel was cold, hard, and not buttered. Disappointing, but it was fairly busy. Maybe going at an off time would be more appealing.

I'd give a zero if I could. The place is VERY dirty, floors and hand sanitizer stand look like they haven't been cleaned in months; covered with thick dust and grime. I had to wash our table n chairs that were VERY dirty. The food prep area was dirty on both the floors and counters with scrap foods, napkins, grease and dirt, where they were assembling orders. It took 15-20 minutes for our order (2 people). My sandwich was missing from my order. Thankfully I checked my order before leaving. They found my sandwich under a paper on a tray in their prep area. My bacon Mac n cheese, had no bacon. Employee walked by and said yes you were supposed to have bacon and brought out a new cup of Mac n cheese with bacon on it, that was nice. Their service is getting worse with time. I stopped to order for Chicken Frontega Panini and as they were out of focaccia bread, I was given a substitute with Basil bread. While in the drive thru line for Starbucks and smelling the sweet nothings in the air from Panera, I decided to mobile order the Cinnamon Crunch Steel Cut Oatmeal. By the time I made it to thru the drive thru line, I was able to park, walk in and grab my oatmeal off the shelves designated for mobile pick up. No line and no waiting, just grab and go, literally. Efficient choice for those on the go or those who do not wish to partake in person to person contact. My oatmeal was piping hot and loaded with the sweet sprinkles of cinnamon, crunchy pecans and voluptuous slices of strawberries hiding the thick steel cut oatmeal. Napkins and utensils were also in the bag which was a plus since my mind was not thinking of them. The minimal effort needed to complete this food endeavor is highly attractive. This location has really lost it's touch. I stopped in for a a bagel to go. After taking the order for the person in front of me, the employee then signed out for the day leaving nobody behind the counter. One employee came from behind the walled off area, didn't make eye contact with anyone waiting to order. After waiting a few more minutes without being helped, I left. This is the last straw that made me review. Everything I order looks messy, like it just got literally thrown together. Sandwich contents inconsistent and falling out, soaking wet lettuce. Bowls looking 1/2 full and now a grilled cheese that is definitely not grilled with dried rubbery looking cheese all around the outside edges. We always tip but no more. Panera is my go to healthy fast food. I love their soups, salads, sandwiches, and just about anything in the bakery section. The food is on the pricer side, but worth it in my opinion. It's always fresh and leaves me a happy camper! I usually order the you pick 2, which is one of their more popular menu items. You are able to combine any two half portions of salads, sandwiches, soup, flatbreads, or Mac and cheese to create your own meal. I always order the broccoli and cheddar soup with the green goddess cobb chicken salad. The soup is absolutely delicious! There's nothing like enjoying a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup on a cold day. It can cure anything! The salad includes chicken, tomatoes, pickled red onions, arugula, romaine, kale, avocado, hard boiled egg, chopped bacon, and green goddess dressing. It is my favorite Panera menu item and I highly recommend it to anyone unsure of what to order. This location is right next to a spa and a Starbucks. It stays busy, especially around lunch time. The BLT was okay. I can not get pass their American cheese though. They have to have one of the worst American cheeses . So if you ever add cheese to your sandwich I recommend getting another type of cheese. I also had their macaroni and cheese with bacon and it tasted disgusting. Good place if you come in early. I suppose the crew doesn't wipe tables at closing because we've come in at opening (7am) and find several chairs and tables littered with crumbs...just like this morning. Management: you have a great place, coming from someone who worked at restaurants in Manhattan, I highly recommend prepping the place every night before sending the crew home. Sorry. This used to be a great place to go. On my recent visit, there was one counter person who was taking everyone's orders and then fulfilling the order why everyone stood and waited. (In spite of the fact that at least a dozen employees were present. It took 7-8 minutes in line, and there were only 2 people in front of me. Then, they gave us a beeper, but when it didn't go off after 10 minutes, I went to check, and the order was sitting under the heat lamps (including a strawberry smoothie!). The sandwich was a sad echo of what they used to serve--a limp, thin, greasy monstrosity (okay, it wasn't monstrous, but it wasn't all that appetizing). They used to bring the orders to your table, and I wouldn't mind getting it myself if they would only tell us when the order was ready! I placed an online order to pick up at 10:25 AM I pulled up at 10:26 my app showed order was ready, I waited until 10:32 after notifying them immediately when I drove up, I finally got out of my car to go get the order, and met a person at the door with my order. I get home and had ordered two breakfast sandwiches one the egg white avocado and the other (for my husband, who will not eat avocados) a sausage & cheese but nope got two egg whit avocado and they were cold. A great location in a rather busy shopping center. I've come at all hours and my food has consistently been accurate and fresh. I always order my go-to which the you-pick-2 deal with broccoli cheddar soup and frontega chicken panini. Last time I switched it for the toasted tuscan grilled chicken sandwich and it was equally delicious. The baguette they give you on the side has been constantly cold and dry in the past few visits and I know thats not how its served as other locations baguette is both warm and soft every time I get it. Most of their employees are young high school/college aged kids but they are always polite and courteous and will bring your food out in a timely manner! read more

Service was pretty quick, I recommend ordering on the app ahead of time or use the kiosk to really customize your order. I got the tomato soup which I haven't had from there in a few years and I gotta say it was really good! I usually stick with the French onion and broccoli and cheddar. Stopped in for breakfast thinking I was going to get this totally awesome steak & cheese sandwich....Wow was I wrong. I opted for the scrambled eggs to go with the steak and cheese on the fancy bun. When my sandwich was prepared I took it over to the condiment area for some mayonnaise. To my surprise there was two small pieces of scrambled egg with some very tiny shavings of steak on each side of the sandwich. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed at the quality and quantity of the sandwich for $6. Based on this experience I will not be returning to Panera for breakfast. Not sure about the other bad reviews here, but it's a solid location most days. Sometimes their customer service isn't great and typically I think those days are when they're busy. Honestly, in my opinion we're in a pandemic and everyone has their own stuff going on so I'm not expecting stellar customer service anywhere, but these employees are typically very nice and apologetic if something is wrong. That's also with minimal contact on my end because I usually order to go and have a simple bag check before I leave. Is it the cleanest? No. The Starbucks next door is pretty dirty too any time I've been in there, but it's next to a busy road and shopping center so not surprising. Food is typical Panera food, doesn't disappoint & doesn't thrill. Get the Baja chicken bowl, steak and white cheddar, or green goddess cob with Greek dressing instead. read more

NEVER GO HERE! I went inside and already some white lady approached me asking RACIST questions! I kindly told her I'm using the restroom. Panera used to be one of go to places for fast casual. healthy food in a casual atmosphere. My expectations have changed in the world of COVID but when the floors have garbage on them, the coffee is cold and taste like crap you've lost me. every restaurant has been impacted by COVID I've been to many restaurants in COVID that do much more and care much more than this cooperate chain apparently does. read more

There are those of us who have chronic illness' that often time require that we make accomadation for things we drink or eat.
