Food came hot, it was a nice texture and flavor. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. I like the proportion of sauce to meat, as it is not too much sauce. The white rice was a good flavor. I ordered delivery, the driver was nice. Nice portion size. I have a glass of wine and it goes nicely with the beef. Multiple visits, I've tried more than one item. Really tasty food! We ordered during lunch time and got a few things. Lunch specials are at $5.10 and their brochure said it comes with pork fried rice but it came with carrots, peas, and onions. Not surprising, the rice was dried and the egg roll was ehh. I ordered the egg foo young lunch special and I have had better egg foo young. Relative to other mediocre Chinese-American places, the prices are slightly lower. But the food quality is, at best, mediocre. The broccoli tastes like old frozen broccoli. Chicken and beef quality not great. Crab rangoon and egg rolls overcooked and bland. Place was old and worn looking, which leads one to wonder what the state of the kitchen is. The chicken wings are really good. Seasoned and fried well. The shrimp rolls are so so but barely any shrimp in them. The kung pao chicken seems like they just took chicken and dipped it in sauce. It wasn't really seasoned well. The chicken and shrimp fried rice is decent but the rice isn't fried too hard if you like that. Delivery was really quick compared to most places. read more

When we order we were told 45 min delivery which is fine.. an hour and 30 goes by and we get a phone call NOT FROM FU SHENG but from some random person who lives in our neighborhood who Fu SHENG delivered the food to their house even after they said it's not their order and they called the store to let them know it's not their order while the driver was still there with them for the Fu SHENG to ask them if they know where they -gave our address to a stranger- is and the person said yes and they asked them to deliver it to us the person let Fu SHENG know it was going to be 30 mins longer before being able to drop it for them to us so Fu SHENG gave out our personal phone number to a random neighbor of ours and when the neighbor called she was so shocked and was telling us that the restaurant gave her our address and her number and asked her to deliver the food .... So I called the store and told them this is not acceptable and that we don't even want the food especially after being delivered to someone else's house in their hands and over 2 hours late that they did not provide the service or even order to us that we would like a refund and the lady told me I would have to go get the food from that persons house and return it to get our $50 refund. She was also rude on the phone and did not see what the issue was with the food being over 2 hours late, not even giving us a call after knowing the order went to the wrong house, them TRUSTING and having a random person deliver it and worse part giving out OUR PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS to someone! Do not order from here unless you are comfortable with a random person receiving your order (trusting it wasn't tampered with or opened) and the store given your phone number and address out!!!!!! read more

Yuck is an understatement! I ordered the lemon chicken, bourbon chicken and orange chicken with an order of crab Rangoon and chicken wings with Mambo sauce and everything was below sub par at best. The lemon chicken was soggy at the bottom and old at the top it didn't taste good at all. The chicken wings were over cooked and tasted old. The bourbon chicken was tough and tasted yuck. I'm so upset being that the place has closed and they didn't answer when I called. Spent almost 50 bucks and we didn't even eat it we went out and got something else for dinner. read more

This restaurant is really great, I order from them frequently as I live right down the road. They are always punctual with food readiness, and the food tastes pretty damn good. I typically go with the pork lo mein, with some of their egg drop soup and egg rolls. It's enough to give me 2 meals, their portions are pretty large. Overall, fantastic takeout Chinese food for a really good price. read more

This was honestly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The fried rice had zero flavor, the sweet and sour pork had no flavor and General Tso's tasted old and nasty. Erm....orange chicken and general Tso's chicken....pretty much tasted the same and looked exactly the same. Thankfully the Orange chicken had some orange peel in it to distinguish one from the other. Over cooked mushy fried rice with dried out tiny pieces of pork. Sweet and sour pork was meh....but still better then everything else. On the plus side. ....only took 30 minutes for delivery. This is probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in town! My usual go to when I don't want to cook. I typically order delivery and it never takes them more than 20-30 minutes. My favorite is the boneless spare ribs and the chicken and broccoli. Never had an issue with my order and the food is always fresh. read more

Okay, I'm new to the area and I love Chinese food so it's Sunday and I'm feeling particularly lazy so I order some take out. I get the sweet & sour pork. With an egg roll why not? I had read some reviews on this place and people were saying it's terrible etc etc. it's a good place good flavors good sauce, good rice. It's not gonna blow you away but it's not as bad as these people are saying. I am happy & full. 4/5 stars. for a Chinese take out spot it gets the job done. I ordered crispy beef and crispy chicken and got sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken and they argued with me telling me this is how crispy. Chicken and beef is made and I don't know what I'm talking about. Crispy beef and crispy chicken is my favorite dish... I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. You don't have to be Chinese to know the difference between sweet and sour chicken and crispy chicken or sesame beef and crispy beef. Possibly the worst Asian/American food I've ever had. It's obvious that someone in their cooking staff simply has no reference point for what the market expects. My favorite, as part of our delivery, was a fist-sized, partially fried wad of dough concealing a single fileted shrimp. Disgusting. This is my go-to for Chinese. The food is always hot and tastes fresh. They go over and above board to please you - if I order a large wonton soup but only want 1 wonton that's what I get. If I really don't feel like broccoli and would prefer something else it's no problem. If you want the heat dialed down a bit in one of the spicy dishes they dial it down perfectly. LOL if you want it hot they will give you hot! The shrimp and lobster sauce is delicious as are the General Tso's dishes. Granted there have been a few oops in the years I've ordered from them - burned egg foo young or a veggie you can't eat - but they are always quick to fix the issue with a phone call. Sometimes the egg drop soup is a miss but nothing a bit of soy sauce can't fix! I think the best part of the place is the young man running it!! Polite, friendly and never makes you feel like you are being a bother. I really missed this place when they closed for the pandemic but with a small baby they had no choice. read more

this is my "go-to" spot for chinese food. I normally order the General Tso Chicken and they have not let me down yet. The portions are great and the service is reasonably fast. The older lady who works there is very friendly and held conversation with my 8 year old son while waiting for my order. I cannot rate this place on the food, but I will rate them on the horrible service. I decided to try Fu Sheng based upon the fact that they decorated my door with one of their menus, and that said menu had Bourbon Chicken on it. I gave my address for the order, and I was told there was no issue. About an hour and ten minutes later, I recieved a frantic call from the driver, who claimed he was at my door knocking. I went outside, no driver, and I even went out of the building into the street, no driver. I called back to the restaurant, and told the person who answered the phone more information, but still nothing. I called back a third time and was told the driver couldn't find me, but they asked if I wanted a new order (mine HAD to be cold by that point), and they would send a different driver. About 20 minutes later I was told that the driver still couldn't find me, and asked how I found out about the place. I said from a menu that was left ON MY DOOR. Obviously someone knew where my apartment complex was who worked in the establishment. He said he was sorry, but was there somewhere else I could order from, I was too far. WTF?!?! I don't know if they ever read yelp, but for the management, do not leave menus at apartment complexes outside of your delivery range unless your people know how to get there! The whole building had these menus (saw plenty on the floor as I walked through the day it was delivered). Just horrible. read more

Being from NY, where food is competitively rated and critics are brutal...... Fu Sheng CarryOut is the closet we've been able to come to NYC Chinese CarryOut in the 6 years we've been in QUANTICO. Although nothing has yet to come close to our NYC favorites when home, this place is the best in this area that we've been able to find in the 2 times we've been stationed here ...... We've tried everywhere and although the service may be a little slow, they've always done right by us and the taste can't be beat locally. LOVE the hot and sour soup, general tso chicken, sweet and sour chicken and their egg rolls are the best around (most places around here serve spring rolls) . Will continue to use fu Sheng as long as their food quality doesn't change. Can't comment on eating in.... Have always had delivered.. read more
