I've been going here for about a year now and everyone is extremely friendly. They've been getting busier over the past few months so at times there's a wait but it's never too long. read more

I now go here regularly for gel manicures. I have tried many salons for gel manicures and this one is definitely the best. Priced the same as others but have NEVER had a nail chip in about 8 months of coming every 2-3 weeks religiously. Also, they use a clean pack of tools out of the sterilization machine every time. Virtually never have to wait. Would definitely recommend. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I always hop in right after work and there is never any waiting time. The prices are very reasonable, and the work is quality. The staff is what keeps me coming back!!!!! I've always felt comfortable and welcome. They are all very sociable and really do a great job at making you feel relaxed. read more

They were welcoming and kind. Anyone who entered they knew their name right off the bat. I felt welcomed and at home. Red or white wine while getting your nails done?! $5 off if you get a mani and pedi!? I will be coming back! read more

Empire Nails - Love my nails and I love this place! Absolutely amazing staff and great work! Will gladly come back - Nail Salons Near Me - Media, Pennsylvania

What a beautiful place to go to get your nails done, plus they serve a really good wine there while you're getting your toes and nails done.

I was really disappointed with my last visit here. I used to come here every two weeks and loved it here because quality was great and prices were low, but when I went in the last time the did a horrible job. My gel manicure chipped within 3 days and the price wasn't worth it. I was super disappointed and probably won't be back for awhile sadly to get my nails done. I like the women who does my eyebrows so definitely will be back in for this but otherwise, not having other services done here. read more

Great place! Friendly staff, fair pricing. My tech took so much pride in her work trimming my cuticles for my manicure and pedicure. I think it's the best mani-pedi I have ever had. Definitely coming back. Also love the hours on Sunday. read more

I have been going to Empire Nails from the very beginning. I love all of the ladies here and look forward to my mani/refills every time. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and the ladies know me so well that they make sure I have a great visit every time. I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy a pedicure too! read more

**** I'll give 2 Stars but that's pushing it"!!!!!**** So first i only came here because i couldn't make it to my normal professional nail salon. The pedicure was OK could have scrub more (that's normally what happens when you get a pedicure right?). But let's focus on the nails. Ok so i have Long coffin shaped nails. When she began to do my nails she started off saying " i knew you wasn't from here cuz we don't do nails this long around here". She said it's to much work and it damages the files. She then went on to say they charge $50 for a gel refill for nails my length. (The price wasn't a problem!! But the way she kept repeating it you would have thought it was). She then went on to tell me that that was the price because they have to pay their RENT (very unprofessional). As she was painting my nails (gel) my thumb wasn't drying correctly she told me it was my fault and tried to laugh it off. Her paint job was horrible. She caught a lil attitude when i told her that the bubbles in my nail from it not being dry looked a mess. She fixed it. That was nice of her to make sure i didn't leave with bubbles in my polish. Which she wouldn't have don't if i didn't say anything. Then went on to ask me when it was time for me to pay "where's the tip" for her and the lady that did my feet. You guys don't have to ever worry about me being desperate to get my nails done and ending up at this salon!!!!! I PROMISE. read more

Very bad experience at this nail salon. It took almost 3 hours for a mani pedi even though I had a reservation. My manicure was cut short and not well done. And they kept accepting walk ins before me even though I had a reservation. Very disappointed. read more

Always excellent service. Nice atmosphere and beautiful nail colors. All of the nail technicians are polite and skilled. I always enjoy my appointments at Empire Nails. read more

I had a great experience getting a pedicure at Empire Nails! I was a couple minutes early for my appointment but was seated immediately nonetheless. The young man who did my pedicure was very meticulous and really did a fantastic job. Also, the owner and several other employees checked in on me during the service to make sure I was comfortable and happy. A great experience overall, and I'm very pleased with how my nails turned out. I will be back! read more

My 14 year old daughter went in to get her nails done for a special event. Jack assisted her. She asked for white and when they were done the color was uneven and 5 of the color looked cracked on 5 of them. He said white always does that. We asked that it be removed and my daughter chose another color. He had another customer and had her soak until the other customer was completed. He was not friendly to her and did a quick " cleanup" removal of the rest of the white. She asked for a different color and he said " it won't look pretty on you". We didn't understand so she chose the 3 rd color. He said, "it won't look pretty on you".and said " you go now " and he waved her out to leave, turned off his light, put his tools away and went to the back. I asked if someone could explain what was happening, my daughter was confused and upset as well. Nobody would talk to us. Thankfully, CK Nails helped us out despite how busy they were. CK Nails saved us!! read more

I went here to get a mani pedi for my wedding and they did a great job. They were very friendly as well and I will be back!

I went with my aunt on saturday and this place seems very clean. Everyone that worked there was super nice and friendly. It's modern and nicely decorated. They did a great job on our nails. They didn't rush at all. The color selection is extensive. Lots of OPI. I got gel for the first time, and they have a ton of good colors to choose. Prices aren't bad either. We will come back soon. read more

I've been here two times now and had a great experience both times! This little gem has been hiding a block away from where I live! So glad I stopped in. All the ladies are super personable and talkative. They offer refreshments and very nice ambiance. Plenty of gel colors to choose from. Also, I've had two different manicurists and both were really top notch. I'll definitely be back! read more

Horrible service since new ownership. Someone actually stopped doing my nails midway because she had an appointment come in and I was moved to someone else. Gel nails peeled in less than a week...twice. Stay away. read more

The adage is you get what you pay for, and this salon is a testament to that. Moderate price for my mani/pedi combo but I came home with hang nails that were created when my cubicles were trimmed, two sores and so many coats of polish on my fingernails that there was no chance they would do anything but smudge. Won't be back. read more

Second time to Empire Nails, first visit was excellent, however, second visit was awful. During pedicure the tech cut my toe. My toe was bleeding and tech said nothing and tried to hide the bleeding by pushing my foot in the water. Told management during checkout but nothing was done, no apology. Won't be back. read more

This is my go to spot! They are so diligent and I've never had a bad experience. Super accommodating too for walk ins and the staff is very friendly. The salon is clean and prices are standard. My manicures last much longer than when I've gone too other places. Can't say enough great things! read more
